Excellent 5 star location
Fantastic location. Check in and out was hassle free. The room was very clean and comfortable. Close to bars, old town sites, restaurants and shopping.

Well, the truth is that you see the photos of the place and it seems like a charming and charming accommodation, but nothing could be further from the truth. It is uncomfortable and sad. You don't even see a simple receptionist. There isn't even a simple fan to cool down the heat, and from what I've seen in comments from other guests, it's cold in winter.

Room occupied
When we tried to check into our room, room 21, it was already occupied. Those inside said the hotel had sent them two emails, one directing them to room 21 and another directing them to room 31. Since both were open, they took the one they liked best, ours. We had to take room 31.
The room was cute, but since it was under the roof, anyone sleeping on the side with the low ceiling couldn't get out of bed without hitting the ceiling.
The cleanliness was fine. There was a Nespresso machine with two coffee capsules and a bottle of water in the room.
There is no parking.

Loved this quaint hostel. Great location. Lovely little park right outside the door. Had a bit of trouble with getting in but that was due to some missed communication. Thre is no one onsite.

We spent one night and never returned. A very bad experience, poor cleanliness, uncomfortable bed, and leaky bathroom faucet. Not to be repeated.

The location is perfect. It’s a no-frills place but it had what I needed for my one night stay. If I come back to Andorra, I would stay again.

Variety of cafes, pubs and stores within easy walking distance. Historical construction and craftsmanship of the building and interior. Safe quiet area.
- No staff available for assistance. Bathroom was lacking in amenities and the towels were rough and worn. The TV often had reception problems.

Good quality Mexican Food. Very friendly Staff. To sit inside or outside the Restaurant. We were sitting inside. The Restaurant itself is very special decorated.
