Great location, very quiet, and the room is very cutesy! Also, I was glad that it has its own toilet in the room. One aspect that I would like to complain about is the presence of a silverfish in my bed. I am not afraid of them because they may be harmless, but it could get into someone ears in unfortunate situations. I hope the management will address such matter. Overall, this hostel is highly recommendable. Thank you!

Excellent 5 star location
Fantastic location. Check in and out was hassle free. The room was very clean and comfortable. Close to bars, old town sites, restaurants and shopping.

Well, the truth is that you see the photos of the place and it seems like a charming and charming accommodation, but nothing could be further from the truth. It is uncomfortable and sad. You don't even see a simple receptionist. There isn't even a simple fan to cool down the heat, and from what I've seen in comments from other guests, it's cold in winter.

Room occupied
When we tried to check into our room, room 21, it was already occupied. Those inside said the hotel had sent them two emails, one directing them to room 21 and another directing them to room 31. Since both were open, they took the one they liked best, ours. We had to take room 31.
The room was cute, but since it was under the roof, anyone sleeping on the side with the low ceiling couldn't get out of bed without hitting the ceiling.
The cleanliness was fine. There was a Nespresso machine with two coffee capsules and a bottle of water in the room.
There is no parking.

The entire experience was great. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to everything I needed. I received all the necessary information beforehand, and the check-in instructions were clear and straightforward. I stayed for two nights, and the room was thoughtfully cleaned during my stay.

Excellent little hideaway in the mountains. Authentic, traditional property in the historic centre of Andorra la Vella.

Loved this quaint hostel. Great location. Lovely little park right outside the door. Had a bit of trouble with getting in but that was due to some missed communication. Thre is no one onsite.

We spent one night and never returned. A very bad experience, poor cleanliness, uncomfortable bed, and leaky bathroom faucet. Not to be repeated.

No one to greet us or see anyone for our departure. The room was very small and poorly insulated. The heaters didn't work (snow all weekend), and the necessary equipment listed in the ad (hair dryer, coffee maker, etc.) was missing.
Another disappointment was not being able to enjoy the fireplace since no one was there during our stay.
Very disappointed with the price per night.

Used to be better. Now sushi rice is not good any more. Dry and cold. Fish badly cut and badly placed. Not recommended.
