For skiing the location could not be better, very easy access to the telecabin, we skied back all the way at the end of every day. Only a few staps to the hire shop and centre of town and the boot room was the best I have ever experienced in over 30 years of skiing. The variety of food and breakfast and evening was perfect, although could have done with a better selection of breakfast cereals. The bar was expensive, but just walk a few minutes to nearby bars. The room was very comfortable and clean and our mountain views were spectator. Our first skiing experience of Andorra, seriously considering returning.

Unfortunately this hotel although nice enough, is in desperate need of a renovation. 3 star not 4. Spa not included in price, lifts not working properly and rooms very 80s. They class a double bed as two singles pushed together with two single quilts, not comfortable for a married couple.

We had a wonderful stay overall. The staff were absolutely fantastic – warm, professional, and genuinely helpful at every moment. The location is perfect, especially for skiing, and the ski service was excellent, making everything smooth and convenient. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety and great quality.

The only downside was the music. Unfortunately, the same Christmas songs were played on repeat throughout the day, over and over again, to the point where it honestly felt a bit like musical torture. One can only feel for the poor employees who have to listen to it all day long. A more varied playlist would make an already great hotel even better.

Despite this, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return – especially thanks to the amazing staff and overall service.

Came here for a quick lunch and was underwhelmed. The service was rushed, the bun on my burger was charred black in places and the chips/salad portions were stingy and fairly tasteless. The saving grace was the atmosphere - a pleasant hub bub thanks to the mainly French clientele.

Great restaurant throughout. Continental breakfast is good value and filling. The evening menu has something for everyone and very good value for money. Also a great place to stop after a hard day skiing.

Good food and more than accessible prices. Wide selection of plates varying from sandwiches to pastas.

They also allow dogs to enter the establishment which is a nice extra for dogowners.

The only downside is the font of the menu card is kind of hard to read.
