Wuau Galanthus is a solid choice in Soldeu, offering very good value for money and consistently pleasant service.

The rooms are on the smaller side but comfortable, clean, and well maintained, which makes them perfectly adequate after a long day on the slopes. Dinner is a strong point, with a varied and well-organised buffet that offers good quality and enough diversity to suit different tastes. Breakfast is more average and could be improved, particularly with the addition of fresh bread, which was noticeably missing during the stay.

The spa, while small, is a positive surprise. As it is not free, it remains calm and usable, which makes for a relaxing experience. The sports massage deserves special mention—it was excellent and clearly delivered by a skilled professional, ideal after skiing.

Location-wise, the hotel is not within easy walking distance of the slopes. The shuttle service lacks flexibility, so using a private car ended up being the most practical solution. Service throughout the hotel is friendly, professional, and efficient.

Overall, Wuau Galanthus delivers a very good balance between price, comfort, and service, making it a worthwhile option in Soldeu.

Good experience ! Good hotel and beautiful services! I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in Andorra. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming from the moment I arrived. One of the highlights was the spa — beautifully designed, relaxing, and perfect after a day of exploring the mountains. The food was exceptional as well, with a variety of delicious local and international dishes. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with great service and a touch of luxury.

Just returned from a fabulous ski holiday at Hotel Galanthus. All the staff were so friendly - from reception, restaurant to the guy who drives the shuttle bus to the gondola every day. The bed was super comfy and a great choice of food from the buffet. The spa was lovely after a long day on the ski slopes.

Exceptional staff. Was slightly uninspired on arrival but by end of holiday thought this was an excellent hotel and would return- bedrooms average size but very comfortable and plenty hot water. Food good for price of hotel and staff truly exceptional and very keen to help in any way.

Lovely hotel that we've stayed at three times now. All the staff who work there are very helpful, friendly and always make our stay a pleasant one.
The rooms we've had are comfortable, include a free safe for valuables, large screen TV if you've time to watch it, great power shower and the room cleaning services were faultless.
The choices for evening meal food were fabulous, plenty to choose from and the same for breakfast.
On site Spa and gym you can use, we had one free session in the Spa area, included sauna, steam room, and aqua pools with massage bubbles.
If you're skiing you can use a locker for a returnable deposit and there's a transfer bus you book to the ski in ski out at the Soldeu resort, which is only 5 minutes away. Definitely go back again, I've probably missed something.

Superb hotel, excellent location, great parking.
The room was clean and comfortable. Shower was always hot after a day's skiing.
The buffet restaurant, only in my opinion, needs to be revised. Could be served from 6.30pm.
All the cold buffet was excellent. All the hot foods were over cooked and dry, I think it was the heaters.
I think hot breakfast should be served at table s on request. As with evening meal should be cook at counter whilst being served.
We have never been in a hotel where ALL the staff were such lovely friendly people. I do hope you let them all know what I said.

A great, friendly, professionally run hotel, near to the facilities in Soldeu and the slopes. Couldn’t recommend the hotel and its staff highly enough. It’s rare that hotel staff recognise or even value return customers nowadays. This is one hotel that certainly does.

Possibly one of my best stays in Andorra so far. The staff have been stars - reception, shuttle bus driver, bartender - and made you feel welcomed and tried their best to help you, sometimes even go the extra mile without you asking. But this is all very dependent on how to treat them though so always be courteous, greet them in the morning and thank them every time.
