Hotel Euroski Mountain Resort & Spa in Incles

Ski holiday. Really loved this hotel on half board. Every! member of staff really friendly and helpful, rooms excellent and food also excellent. Shuttle to slopes very good. Would highly recommend

Good hotel for a ski holiday in Andorra. We had a week here - during that time the weather was really cold and there was a huge snowfall. Everything inside the hotel was kept very warm and cosy. It was a relatively quiet week (not a school-holiday time) and so there weren't too many people staying here. The room was ok - not too special but comfortable enough. Given that its a ski hotel (the clue is in the name) then I'd expect a few coat-hooks near the door for coats etc. Breakfast was very good. A very good choice presented nicely as a buffet spread out quite widely. The reception team were the only people we really spoke to - they were great, friendly and efficient. We ate a bar-meal one night, and it was good. The barman was very helpful as well. Probably one of the better value meals of the week. We didn't use the gym or pool (the week is for skiing). However, apparently there's a charge to use the pool even for hotel guests. This doesn't seem right - if I'm staying in a hotel I do rather expect to be able to use the pool without an extra charge. PS. According to signage its mandatory to wear swim-hats and flip-flops. So bring them if you have them. There is also a charge for parking (€23 per day as I recall). Again I feel that parking should be free for guests. and even if not free then this seems really expensive - another €160 for the week!). The parking outside the hotel on the road (blue-lined bays) is chargeable, but cheaper. There are pay-machines for cash, plus a QR code to let you pay-online - the website is all in Catalan with no language option, but the receptionists are very helpful). The payment applies from 0900-1300, and then 1500-2000. So if at 0900 you take your car to the free car park at the El Tarter ski area during the day, then you're just paying from when you get back until 2000, and its €0.30 per 15 minutes, so if you get back at 1730, then its €3 to pay until its free at 2000. The website is not very user-friendly and you have to keep putting details in every day, but its a lot cheaper than the hotel parking. There is a shuttle to the ski-area but I didn't use it (or ask). It's about 1/2 mile down to El Tarter which is entirely walkable to get to restaurants and the ski area. They aren't actually very good at clearing snow when it falls from the road and even worse from the paths (surprising really). So when it snows heavily and your car gets buried then you can walk down to the ski base. Overall - yes I'd be happy to come here again. Its a great ski-area too.

We had a really lovely stay at the Euroski Hotel for the second year. The new renovations are very beautiful and comfortable. Love the beds. The hotel is very welcoming and cosy at all times. The bar is a lovely spot to relax with good staff and food. Our barman Emme took excellent care of our family during our stay. The lockers for ski gear and the shuttle bus is a huge benefit and the very pleasant driver. The only downside is the cost to use the pool and there was no water available until the bar or restaurant was open officially. We were parched on our first night and unprepared. Otherwise would highly recommend!

Excellent first family ski holiday. Clean rooms and communal areas, comfy beds, free ski lockers, excellent, efficient shuttle bus to El Tarter gondola. Lovely food. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only issue was they overbooked so we couldn’t have the junior suite that we paid for - compensated with free access to the spa throughout our stay which sounded good however. Spa grubby and very noisy and busy- not particularly relaxing A brilliant holiday in a fab location. Hope to be back - Thank you wonderful Euroski staff
