We travelled as a party of eight, ranging from ages 14 to 57. The hotel was everything we had hoped for - clean and well appointed rooms, helpful staff, and a great location. Breakfast and dinner were plentiful, high quality food, fresh and varied. I wasn’t expecting much with the food in all honesty (I had chosen this hotel for the location close to the gondola) but the food was real highlight and really made our holiday. The bar is reasonably priced and has a nice vibe. The terrace looks out onto the mountains and has lovely views and plenty of comfortable seating. We would return without hesitation.

American family of 4 traveling in March to ski. Kids ages 6 and 9. Hotel is located next to Soldue gondola. Ski rental shop in the hotel building is great! View of the mountain is perfect! Breakfast buffet was included in our room rate and was wonderful. We also ate the dinner buffet one night and it was really good. Room was clean and had everything we needed. We got a room that had a king bed and two twin beds with a wall separating the king from twin beds. The lobby bar with pool tables was fun in the evening. Back deck was beautiful. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Parking was easy. We were there one night when the wind was very strong and a storm rolled in. We did hear the wind through the slider doors. Pillows and beds were comfortable.

Good hotel. Very well situated in the village center just steps from the gondola. Lovely room, renovated. The buffet was amazing, we had HB and especially the dinner was really good. We also loved the apres ski terrace and coctails. On the downside: 1. Noise from the street at night as there is pubs across the street and drunk tourist make noise at 3am. Avoid rooms facing the street if you are sensitive to noise. 2. The wellness/pool area- I find it dissapointing for a 4star hotel. Fist of all it is really dated and not well kept (pictures look much better) plus there is an extra charge for it of 14Eur per adult. I have travelled to many alpine resorts and in most places the pool is really nice and complimentary for guests. I think it should be considered by the hotel. Overall a good experience and I would recommend this hotel (apart from the spa).

Spent a week skiing in the Pyrenees. Great snow and 5 out of 6 sunny days. Stayed at the Piolets in Soldeu. Great hotel, fabulous terrace overlooking the slopes. Staff were exceptional, so friendly and accommodating. Was particularly impressed with Erica on the show cooking ‍. Huge variety and quality of food. Perfect stay

The hotel has a nice feel - rooms are comfortable and great views if you are mountain side. The bar area is nicely set out and does great cocktails! The only downside for us was that the Spa area was only open from 16h which precluded use before skiing or on a non-ski day, and had an extra cost which was not made clear on booking. The buffet breakfast was really good quality and lots of choice. The highlight for us were the professional and super friendly staff - of particular note was @Erica at the egg and pancake bar (super talented chef!) and @Ester @Deysi @Emiliano - thank you for looking after us so well every morning! 🍳 🥞 ☀️😁

From the moment we arrived to checking out this hotel experience was just faultless. All of the staff are happy, attentive and offer outstanding customer service. I have stayed in many high end hotels but nothing compares to my experience here. The rooms are lovely, clean and functional. Location was paramount for the view of the mountains and closeness to gondola for skiing. The food is excellent, varied and fresh. Again all the staff are happy and genuinely want to give you that special experience. We loved our stay and will not stay anywhere else from now on for our ski trips. Well done Piolets 👏

Lovely last minute stay. Woman at front desk and the manager were both extremely helpful and spoke English very well which I appreciated. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again if I return to Andorra. They had a restaurant with a buffet but we didn’t eat there.

Perfect location, fantastic room looking out to the gondola, bus stop right outside the hotel, amazing breakfast! Staff were very friendly and helpful (except for one on the front desk who can’t manage a smile) A special mention to Karina who was so helpful during our stay - so glad she recommended snow shoeing activity!

Came here for a quick lunch and was underwhelmed. The service was rushed, the bun on my burger was charred black in places and the chips/salad portions were stingy and fairly tasteless. The saving grace was the atmosphere - a pleasant hub bub thanks to the mainly French clientele.

Great restaurant throughout. Continental breakfast is good value and filling. The evening menu has something for everyone and very good value for money. Also a great place to stop after a hard day skiing.

Good food and more than accessible prices. Wide selection of plates varying from sandwiches to pastas.

They also allow dogs to enter the establishment which is a nice extra for dogowners.

The only downside is the font of the menu card is kind of hard to read.
