Small hotel near the airport of Gyumri and far from the center. Low price for accommodation, friendly staff. The rooms are heavily smoked. Looked at a choice of several, the same everywhere .. Breakfast is modest, bring to the room. One night to sleep will come down, given the low price.

It was a nice hotel. We loved our spacious room. It was clean and comfortably furnished. Although having a microwave would have been lovely. Armen , The caretaker is a lovely person. He was all around the hotel and made sure we were well taken care of. Thankyou Armen!

This hotel is not bad if you plan to stay for couple of days in Yerevan. Rooms are big and clean. The staff are generally helpful, however, upon my arrival on 13:00 the reception told me whether pay 10,000 AMD or cancel your booking.com reservation. Good for what it is as a 3 star hotel.at first we had some difficulties at checkout due to them not accepting card and its location is far from the city center. The breakfast is good enough to get you started with your day.the veiws of the city from your room is great with the cold breeze blowing.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Welcoming receptionists and gorgeous enormous and comfortable room. Not giving 5 stars just because water started dropping from the roof in the bathroom, near the toilet. Even though they fixed it, it started again the next day. I was first time in Goris hotel. It has great view to mountains. There is WiFi, a lot of places for car parking. Romms are clean and comfortable, no noises. Three is no air conditioner in the rooms, but weather isn't so hot, so you even don't need it. Amazing hotel, respected.

Very friendly reception, nice refurbished rooms with awesome views, nice breakfast. Personal of the restaurant couldn't care less, obviously missing a manager in the restaurant. both at night and in the morning, the cooks where having food in the dining room between guests talking loudly and uninterested in guests or their comfort.

I stayed for one night with my large family. The staff was very flexible in choosing our rooms. The hotel is new and very nicely decorated. The room has everything! Coffee, water, towels, a bathrobe (!), disposable toiletries (floss, comb, toothpaste and toothbrush, lotions, and a shoe sponge). The rooms were very clean and spacious! I will definitely be back!

Everything was clean and cozy, and for the price it was pretty good, not far from the city center. The only issue was with the shower; the water wouldn't drain. Otherwise, it was perfectly fine.

Great value for money and close to the airport! The floors are a bit dirty, but bathrooms and linnen are all very clean. The owner will immediately ask you for "money, money", that's when you know you're at the right place. They only accept cash. WiFi available.

Everything about this property was excellent, especially the stuff. They made me feel like home. My overall stay was amazing, convenient, comfortable! I am planning to stay with them next June, when I am back to Armenia.

We had a great time there, we rented a suite, and the staff were very professional, they even went an extra mile and delivered a teddy bear we forgot to a relative who lives on the 2nd floor, they have daily cleaning and AC, and Free Wifi. • The location is great. The staff is super. All issues were resolved immediately. In the kitchen you could make breakfast and there was always real coffee, which I made daily. Very comfortable and large bed. I don't know what could be improved. Everything was great.

I liked the hotel. Good location. Nice breakfast. Only one thing was a bit strange. There is no storage room for luggage. And I felt a bit uncomfortable to leave my bag just in the hall with no observation.

In general it is a good Hotel and we were lucky to grab some pretty attractive deal for 4 days. The only issue - a knife was taken (stolen?) from our room and never returned. No comments about this hotel.. It's in the best location right on north avenue.. Very clean rooms and helpful staff.. Everything is at your doorstep. Room was a bit small especially the bathroom but as a solo traveller u will still find it adequate.. Ibis next door is cheaper however this hotel is bit higher level

A nice apartment in a new building. Excellent views of Yerevan from the balcony (10th floor). The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. A small kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, dishes, and a microwave. A large bed and a comfortable sofa. Convenient contactless check-in. We arrived late and checked in without any problems.

This is a very nice hotel. It’s clean, the maintenance staff is excellent, helpful and friendly. The location is the best. The gym is much better than what it’s shown in the pictures. It has nice equipment and is very clean. The con is that there is no elevator from the parking structure but they provide nice staff that helps with the bags. And, the reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is that internet...
