"2-bedroom" room is Huge. Breakfast decent. "Location great. Best Price.

Compared to other hotels in the Central Yerevan this is best suite and value for money. Big spacious room with conditioner, fridge, microwave and kettle and neat wash area. Bed is also very comfortable. Only cons is there is no proper wardrobe for people like me who stays for a month period.

Not a 4 star grade, Rooms are spacious, Staff are helpful but very poor maintenance, carpets are in very bad conditions will never stay in this hotel again.

Both the hotel and the restaurant are absolutely amazing, I would recommend this place to stay here with your family. The staff is very friendly and positive, the breakfast in the restaurant is very tasty, just like my grandmother cooked for me with love. They also have a children's room which is free for their guests. It’s value for money. My rate is 10!

The hotel is in an old residential building, that has been well renovated and is very central as it's in the pedestrian area (the parking is at the rear of the hotel). A very nice boutique hotel managed by a couple. Very well located, just off the Republic Square. The rooms are well-maintained and equipped with all the basic amenities. They have a very nice bar. The only suggestion is that they should develop a proper breakfast menu and add more items to their food menu.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The room was quite small but clean and air conditioning worked well. Quieter than expected given the central location. There wasn’t anyone on reception when we arrived but the man from the café was able to let us in so that wasn’t an issue. Not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from as all the people with interacted with were very friendly.

A very decent place for any visitor to stay inexpensively. It is located within easy walking distance from everything that is in the center of Yerevan. Clean, convenient and comfortable with no frills. All rooms are on the first floor. I'm unpretentious myself and only stayed for two days, so someone else might find something to complain about, but I didn't have a single complaint.

A good health resort if you like mineral waters. Physiotherapy, which not only helps to relax, but also treats joint diseases. Friendly staff and excellent service. Daily free transfer to mineral water sources. Good cuisine and three meals a day.

I’m currently staying at the Jermuk Moscow Health Resort, and it’s been amazing! The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, the food is delicious and healthy, and there are so many great health procedures to try. Rooms are warm, and are cleaned everyday. The peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings make it the perfect place to relax and recharge. Highly recommend!

Our stay in Armenia was short, but it's worth coming to this hotel for 1-2 weeks. The resort is all-inclusive, the food is healthy, the rooms are spacious. On the first day we had a doctor appointment where he recommended a couple of treatments based on your health issues. The internet is good. Overall we enjoyed the service and the place.

I found the place cold and impersonal. The only time I saw an English speaking member of staff was on check in. I went down to reception numerous times but it was usually empty, so I was not able to find out about treatments available. A nostalgic place reminiscent of the Soviet Union of yesteryear. Very well-maintained and maintained, the stay is fresh and relaxing. The structure has been renovated but retains its charm. If you're looking for absolute tranquility and a slow pace, this is the place to come.

This is an exceptional place to spend your holiday. Everything was spot on from rooms to service. The food was incredible with lots of good quality choices. Special thanks to the General Manager Gevorg who wend beyond his duty and has organasied a special event for my parents. This is what makes this place unique. We had a very pleasant stay at Visota 1880. The room was spacious and well laid out, featuring a master bedroom, a small extra room for kids, and a kitchen. The service was friendly, and the breakfast was enjoyable. Overall, it was a very good experience.

I sent my mother and aunt for 14 days. To say that we are happy is to say nothing. The attitude is wonderful, the food is fresh and homemade. Be prepared that I have national dishes, but everything is mega tasty and with the feeling that it was cooked especially for you. There are not many procedures, but those that are good. The room is huge and comfortable. There is a swimming pool, a good one too...

It is a nice place with reasonable price to stay in Jermuk, although it is more of a hospital than a hotel. Beds were small for two people, but rooms were clean and services were good. Breakfast was good and it is near the centre walking of many places. I recommend you do the four by four trip to the mountains.
