This charming hotel is located in a secluded area of a fabulous Tsaghkadzor, where the river flows with clean, pure water in which the naked eye to see swimming fish. Accommodation was great, service was also great! Pool is outside the main facility but also was good. Kids zone was plenty of different things to do. Restaurant was also good with a different kind of dishes which were too tasty. Staff was friendly and nice.

Overall experience is 5 rating; however, I would rate 2 to the staff. What’s most important in-service industry is the way the staff responds to the guest. From front desk to room cleaner, everyone has a rude attitude, in short, they must learn how to talk.

Good location, the ropeway and restaurants in the centrum are both within walking distance. Breathtaking views close by, and the mountain flow goes next to the hotel and gives a great soundscape. The interior of the hotel is somewhat tacky, and especially the cabins have light switches in weird places, partially hard to find. The yard looks great, and is well planned. The spa and saunas are comfortable, although the steps under the water were so sharp from their edges that I accidentally cut the skin of my feet.

The hotel has a great location, next to the ski lift, the hotel itself is large and elegant. The hotel grounds are huge and very beautiful, there is a swimming pool with a sauna, a must-see))) there is a kettle and 2 bottles of water in the room, but no tea or coffee... Overall, a very pleasant aftertaste

I recently stayed in a cozy cottage at Elegant hotel in Tsaghkadzor, and it was a wonderful experience. The cottage was nestled in a peaceful area surrounded by nature. It was the perfect location for a relaxing getaway. The cottage itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The living area was warm and inviting. The bedrooms were comfortable, and were perfect for spending quality time. The staff were friendly and responsive, ensuring everything was ready for us when we arrived. It’s perfect for families or groups looking for privacy, comfort, and a touch of nature. I would absolutely recommend it and look forward to returning someday 🤩

Very nice cottage stay, equipped with mini kitchen and first floor with 2 bedrooms and one & only bathroom, ground floor with lavish living room kitchen and powder room with modern heating system comfortable beds. Breakfast is with very limited choice and not much selection for sure, can not compare with hotel like Marriott, especially for vegetarian guests. I highly recommend the property.

The service at the restaurant was disappointing. Although dinner was included, many items were already finished by the time we arrived and it took a while for them to refill some of the dishes. When we finally got to the food, there were very few options and everything was cold. On a positive note, breakfast was good, but unfortunately, the staff was not very friendly.

Put 3. The staff is overly attentive, during the meal direct cost of the soul. The pool water is cold and uncomfortable to go and the long swim is also "not used" to the water. For the broken glass presented the bill, although I believe this pyramid of cups at Breakfast to anything. And in General, every third plate in the restaurant is chipped. But when just 3 dishes got hair, not even an apology has not asked for, not what not to include in the bill. In the nursery swing slide and pencils, no longer than to take a small child. On the street, slide and trampoline, after the rain, dried dirt, after the second request it wiped. Otherwise, everything is on a solid 4. The cottage is large and cozy fireplace. Tea/coffee/sugar had to take or enjoy at the restaurant. Will come again, but the food will prepare yourself in the cottage.

The hotel is beautiful but the standard rooms are too small, baby cot is not comfortable to sleep on beds because the mattress is too hard. Audibility in rooms is incredible, you can hear the neighbors snore. Generally, clean but not comfortable. Breakfast usual.
