Comfortable beds. Small rooms but open to beautiful view. Peaceful & in nature .
Breakfast was ok could be better.
This incident did not happen with our family directly, but with another family member from our group, and it was still a very unpleasant experience to witness.
One family from our group had removed all minibar/freezer items the previous night to store their own food inside the freezer. During checkout, the hotel staff did not properly verify this and billed them for unused items.
When the family requested the staff to recheck the room, the request was denied. The family member then personally went back to the room and took photos showing the items still lying inside the freezer. Despite this, the staff made incorrect and humiliating allegations, suggesting that the guests had put the items back.
The issue arose due to improper checking by the hotel team, not due to any fault of the guests. Such false assumptions and the way the situation was handled made it a humiliating experience for our group. Greater professionalism and proper verification are expected during checkout
