One of the best hotels I've ever been to. Quiet, cozy, not in the thick of tourist events, but not far from them. I especially liked the recreated atmosphere of an old mansion: vintage furniture made of real wood, pastel colors, antique decorative items, ceramics, and a library. If you are in Yerevan, I recommend staying with them!

Breakfasts aren't great. Room service is mostly tasty and inexpensive (sturgeon/sterlet is expensive and not tasty). The mattresses are very hard. The sauna and pool included are excellent. I did not stay in this hotel but I visited its beautician Gayan who was excellent. I did Botox with her and it was the best I’ve ever done, and price is so much cheaper than in the US or Europe.
