Sochi Palace Hotel Complex in Dzoraghp'yur

Armenia is a beautiful country, but the accommodations are truly disappointing. We booked the Phil Hotel Yerevan over ten days in advance on Ctrip and received a confirmation for July 31st. However, upon arriving in Yerevan after 11 PM, the hotel receptionist said there were no rooms available! Other hotels were also fully booked that night, leaving us nearly homeless! The receptionist at Phil's hotel offered no apology and instead told us to leave immediately, saying her boss had taken the order and there was nothing she could do. We struggled to find accommodations until after 2 AM. 😒 Stay away from Chinese-owned hotels in Yerevan, and it's unfortunate! Because Phil's booking was canceled, we were forced to stay at the Sochi Hotel, and that's when the nightmare began. We told the front desk that our room needed cleaning, and even though we had given them our keys, we returned that night, and it hadn't been cleaned at all! The hotel staff were awful. Not only did they not clean, but the staff also made noise in the hallway near our room late at night, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Be careful when booking a hotel in Armenia with this hotel! 😡

Unclean rooms, unclean sheets, unclean bathrooms and very poor breakfasts, I don’t recommend it. The manager disappeared after the check in day but she has to spend more time watching the cleaning staph. The only good thing is their smile.

Only visit if you're looking to save money and don't care much for a pleasant experience. Low grade hotel and even lower standard food. It's cheap though and the rooms are serviceable.

The area is so far from the center and the Internet is not that good and here from 3 days the room service didn't come and didn't clean anything and the open buffet is like for a 1 star hotel not 4.
