The Nova Hotel exceeded my expectations. It is perfectly located in the city center, within easy walking distance of many restaurants and shops, yet remains in a მშვიდ and quiet setting. The rooms are modern, stylish, and very clean. Housekeeping is done daily, with fresh toiletries and complimentary water provided. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The overall environment is comfortable and well organized. I truly enjoyed my stay and would gladly return.

The hotel is so clean and neat. The staff’s behaviour is so nice and polite. We had a good welcome by the staff, serving us with free apple juice and also free coffee. It’s located very close to the republic square ( 10 min. walking) and also everything is available.

I had a wonderful stay at Nova hotel. The hotel was clean, the staff were incredibly kind, breakfast was good, prices were reasonable and the location was perfect. I was going through a tough time due to the war in my home country, Iran, and the warmth and care I received here truly made a difference. Thank you for the comfort and kindness — it meant more than words can say.

I’ve been to this hotel as it was new and it changed a lot. The staff wasn’t very helpful in solving the problems and not very friendly as well. The breakfast has changed a lot. Now it’s a good hostel breakfast but not a 4-star hotel breakfast. The windows can’t be opened properly.
