I highly recommend this hotel for those with light sleep or sensory sensitivities. The soundproofing is extremely poor, with everyone constantly slamming and making noise. The hotel staff doesn't bother to keep the place quiet so as not to disturb guests' rest. Plus, the toilet in my room was constantly dripping, and it was very audible. I tolerated it for one night, then asked for something to be done about it. Someone came, did something, and said the entire toilet needed to be disassembled. He couldn't help except turn off the water for the night (of course, I definitely don't need to go to the bathroom at night). Ultimately, I had to endure a second sleepless night; for some reason, no one offered me another room. Luckily, I only stayed two nights, so I just tolerated it, but I will never stay at this hotel again. There are also some minor, but still unpleasant, issues: - a thin blanket and a cold room - I ended up freezing, and the air conditioning didn't help with heating - a bad, uncomfortable pillow - the linens smell sour, apparently due to chlorine, which firstly caused an allergic reaction on my skin, and secondly, the smell is terribly offensive - there are slippers and towels, but no robe, and this is a problem because there is no drinking water in the room either, despite the fact that there is a kettle. Water is only available on the ground floor in the shared kitchen, and to get to it, you have to change into regular clothes again, whereas you could comfortably wear a robe.

We stayed there for five days in August and generally enjoyed everything. The room itself was pleasant, with everything we needed, a spacious balcony, and a view of Mount Ararat. The downside was the lack of housekeeping. We asked for at least one cleaning during the five days—they didn't, but at least they provided two extra bottles of shower gel. The linens and towels didn't look fresh, as if they weren't washed, but simply rinsed with cold water without detergent. Since there's no housekeeping, you even have to take your trash out to the nearest trash bin outside the hotel.

First time in Yerevan on a stop over, found the hotel randomly as I was looking for a cool modern boutique hotel. Perfect location, about 10 min away from Republic Square and other key amenities of the city. Hotel has a nice little front garden, a co working space. Only issue was that didn't have a lift and with luggage was a bit of challenge pulling it up.

I stayed at this hotel in Yerevan for about 3 days. Very nice, clean, and new. It's also close to many attractions if you want to explore the city on foot. The rooms are nice and spacious, with a large terrace. The staff is friendly and helpful. The price/quality ratio is very good. Quiet location.

Stayed for 5 nights in October 2024. The hotel is new, but a lot of things are already shabby in the rooms, chips on the walls. Unfriendly sleepy girls at the reception, every question was met tensely. Towels are given out with large holes. The room was small and with a dusty uncomfortable sofa. It is quite a long walk from the hotel to the center, definitely not 8-10 minutes, as they wrote in the reviews. Really tasty breakfasts, although not cheap. Very cold in the bathroom, the heated towel rail does not heat enough. The main disadvantage is the ABSENCE of SOUNDPROOFING with the corridor. The hotel is small, similar to a hostel, the doors of all the rooms open onto a small corridor and you will hear everything that is happening in the corridor (the doors to the rooms are made with a large gap at the bottom, a huge crack). When a couple with a baby moved into the room next door, we seriously considered moving to another hotel, because the baby's cries were not muffled by anything and the vacation was no longer a vacation. Pros: there is a green area for breakfasts in the warm season; there is a separate lounge area for work/sitting with a phone; there is a cat Semyon, who came to our room to lie down. Cons: far (really far) from the center, no soundproofing (your vacation will depend on the behavior of your neighbors), small rooms. It is unlikely that we will return.

It's a cool place. The atmosphere is very friendly. The design and facilities for this money are just fine, I don't think there is a better one, at least I haven't found one. I also want to mention Arut's manager separately, a good guy, most of these impressions are his merit)

The hotel is very nice, clean, and modern, with subtle Armenian-themed touches. The room, although small, is perfect for two. Huge panoramic windows, air conditioning, a TV, a large double bed and sofa, and a beautiful bathroom. Nothing to complain about. Delicious breakfasts, and the portions are huge. And in general, everywhere in Yerevan, the portions are generous! The staff, both at reception and in the kitchen, were all very friendly and helpful! A special thank you, guys, you're the best! This is my first time in Armenia, and thanks to you, my impressions of Yerevan are incredible! Wishing Andor prosperity!

My trip in Armenia supposed to be short but due to some unexpected circumstances it happened that I’ve ended up staying in this place. If you’re looking for a cozy and clean hostel, this place is recommended. Tho the staff doesn’t feel welcoming but somehow they are helpful when you need an assistance or questions about the city. Btw They don’t have lift, but still nice stay.
