We requested to move to another room, but unfortunately, the replacement room also had cleanliness issues. For example, a dried mandarin was left in the wardrobe, which suggests that the room had not been cleaned for quite some time.
Following this, we asked for a refund, but our request was declined. Given the circumstances, we had no choice but to leave the hotel, as it was not suitable for further stay.
We would also like to mention that the overall level of service did not meet expectations.
Overall it was a great experience.
