I have been to this hotel many times and I can say that the service is very excellent, the food is delicious, there are several old employees who do their job very well, I am interested in some comments that people complain about the food or the attitude of the employees, I am satisfied with their good attitude towards customers, I am very happy with this hotel

I recently had the misfortune of staying at a hotel located in Armenia and it was a terrible experience. The staff were incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful, making it a very unpleasant stay. The rooms were dirty and not well-maintained, with stains on the walls and floors. The bathroom was in dire need of cleaning and had a strong unpleasant odor. To make matters worse, the linens were stained and smelled musty. I found it hard to sleep due to the uncomfortable beds and the constant noise from the street outside. To sum up, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, the staff and the room were not up to par, and the overall experience was very disappointing. I would suggest looking for other options before booking a stay at this hotel.
