Golden Resort Hotel in Yerevan

A wonderful hotel for a relaxing family vacation. Lake Ahi is nearby, a 10-minute walk away, and the city center is a 10-15-minute taxi ride away. The pool is crystal clear, and the kids loved it; we didn't want to leave. Thanks to the hosts for their hospitality!

Our stay at the hotel was exceptionally positive. It's new and clean, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The room and bathroom are spacious. It was a particular pleasure to drink morning coffee on the balcony with a beautiful view of the courtyard. The kitchen has everything you need, from dishes to appliances. We had breakfast by the pool. We also ordered food via Yandex delivery. We were pleased with access to streaming sites and YouTube in the room, and we had no issues with the Wi-Fi. After a hectic day in the city, it was a pleasure to return to the cozy, clean hotel, sip wine by the pool or on the balcony, and reflect on another day in beautiful Yerevan.

Excellent hotel. Everything is very clean. I stayed in July 2024. There's a pool. A shared kitchen is on the first floor. The rooms have a refrigerator, air conditioning, and a hairdryer. The towels are white (clean). The view from the window isn't great. It's located in a private sector, a short ride to the center on bus number 13. However, there's a store, pharmacy, and cafeteria within walking distance.

Everything was great, I personally loved it, even though it was 40 degrees outside in the shade and over 50 degrees in the sun. It's understandable that we arrived during the hottest season. Kudos to the owners for the atmosphere, cleanliness, and empathy towards their guests. 🤝🌞🙏

I really liked everything. Firstly, the host was very friendly and always there. My room was waiting for me with a late check-in at 1:00 AM. They allowed me a late check-out free of charge because the room was available. I stayed for less than a day, booking it for a layover, and was very pleased. It's clean and cozy, and the hosts treat their guests like old friends. Tea, coffee, and water are complimentary. There's a kitchen for self-catering. There's a swimming pool. There's an outdoor barbecue area with a large table. The room has everything you need: the air conditioning works, the water pressure is excellent, and there's Wi-Fi in the room and throughout the property.
An indoor Roman pool is planned, and a sauna has already been built, but it hasn't been launched yet.
The hotel is a leisurely 40-minute walk from Republic Square. A taxi costs 1,000 rubles.
