Service and location is 10/10. However, if you value the time that you spend in the hotel itself, it is questionable choice… Not very comfortable: cold rooms, extra cold bathroom, noise in the room itself from ventilation that you cannot switch off.

Excellent hotel with a perfect location in Yerevan. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and well maintained. Overall stay was very comfortable, and I would highly recommend this hotel for families.

This was my first stopover in Yerevan. Based on reviews, I found and stayed at this hotel. The most important thing and a big plus is the hotel's location in the city center, within walking distance of Yerevan's main attractions. Another plus is Narine's delicious breakfasts. They are delicious and home-cooked with love. A huge thank you to her. We were greeted warmly upon entering the hotel, check-in took just a few minutes, and our luggage was quickly delivered to our room. The bed linen is clean, but the room is small. Everything you need is there, and toiletries are plentiful. One drawback: the standard room has a very small bathroom; the distance from the toilet and bidet to the shower stall is less than 500 cm. It's very inconvenient to use the toilet in this bathroom layout, but for a short stay, it's perfectly acceptable. Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel. I recommend booking!

2. Absolutely perfect location for accessibility to city sightseeing.
Cons:
1. Out of standard service experience. They didn't even offer to bring our cases to our room.
2. Unacceptable bed, seemed to be filled with straw. Not as cleane as normally expected.
3. Out of order wall plugs as shown in photos.

The hotel is very conveniently located, the rooms are clean, it's nice to sit on the can in the evening, but the most important thing about this hotel is the breakfast - it's very tasty and the woman who runs it herself prepares the food, everything is just super delicious)

I was a bit annoyed by the lack of heat in the room. It was cold. We had to leave the air conditioner on all night.
