A guesthouse at the top of a hill, inside a nice garden. View is wonderful. Rooms are spacious, clean, kettle and cups are provided, owner very helpful although far away.

It was our second time to stay in this hotel. I like the location, because it's overlooking the beautiful scenery of Dilijan. It is not far from the city center, and there are two markets nearby. The room has a big comfortable bed and a bathroom with all the amenities. There also is a nice garden which will be wonderful in a better weather conditions. There is a night lamp and a charger at the bed. I enjoyed our visit here, and definitely will come back in summer.

Everything was very clean and rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

The room is good and spacious for the price. It's a family-owned business with a nice compound. The check-in process was easy and straightforward. They also have parking available inside the compound, which is convenient. However, the location is a bit farther from the city center, and there are no grocery stores nearby, although they are available at a short distance. The property is situated on the slope of a small mountain, offering a peaceful and scenic setting.

The hotel is located on the left hill off the highway to Yerevan. It's not close to the center, but Yandex does its job. Spacious rooms with picnic tables in the garden. Our room, for four people, had space for a table with four chairs, a refrigerator, a kettle, and basic kitchenware. Amenities were provided in the bathroom. The owner, who speaks English, is charming and helpful with anything you need. I would recommend it to my friends.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and plenty of opportunity for refills. Homestay was family owned and owners were very friendly.
5 mins cheap taxi ride by gg app from the city center but far enough to allow comfortable sleep. Walking downhill from accommodation is easier than reaching it on foot.

I have been in this small, hostel like hotel two times. It is a very comfortable place for different kind of visitors. This small hotel has different rooms with euro standard comforts. Also it has a nice garden in its complex, so i recommend all visitors to have a rest for small or for a long period in this hotel. It is located near the main road and you can go there by walk . It was constructed by using wood and local stone.
