Beautiful view of Mount Dilijan, even a hiking trail is available, and it's 2.7 km from the center of Dilijan. Small shops are not far away.

it was beautiful experience to live with local family and to know people...the owner was very courteous and helpful. I felt like home there, my daughter liked playing with their kids.. homemade jam was best i tasted...food was also very good...location is beautiful and peaceful...it was difficult to reach by google maps..had to go by walk (5min only) and then owner came with me and helped me return by car..car access is few meters ahead.

It’s just awful, in no case I advise you to make the same mistake as me. Absolutely there are no elementary amenities, except a slightly renovated bathroom with a toilet. from both ends of the eaves, the beds are uncomfortable with nails sticking up here and there, the door does not work; em and walk on the balcony is not something that is not pleasant, but not even safe. The only thing I did punctually and in time was the owner of all this disgrace - it tore off my money for accommodation for the full booking period (I booked for 9 days), although from the very beginning, after examining the room, I said that I would stay one night let's see if it’s possible that I can’t tolerate this mockery anymore. In general, my mood is completely spoiled, my vacation is also. Do not repeat my mistake, do not come here !!!!! She put one star, as it was not possible to evaluate less.

It's a bit difficult to find access. Poorly marked. Generally very good conditions. Very nice and cozy small room with bathroom :) Hosts nice and hospitable, very nice atmosphere :)

Very friendly host and very nice place. The price might surprise you in a good way. The host has helped me with the accomodation even though it is not in a defined check in time .some compliments are waiting for you and will amuse you . The location is rather difficult to find at night but in the daylight everything looks fantastic.
Good advice - there are two roads to the place. One is very steep but shorter and another one is available for common vehicles. Try the first one at your own risk and only if you are 4x4 :)

Good location. Top coniferous forest, The view from the room is very beautiful. The hosts are warm and responsive. I would only like a more stable wi-fi.
