Staying in this hotel for the second time. They upgraded my booking into Superior Room, that was very nice! Very good service, good breakfast, perfect swimming pool. The only bad thing is that some of the equipment in the gym was out of service. But overall a well equipped gym.

Our tour operator had booked us a standard room which was a very small room with the bed right against the wall which made getting into and out of bed very difficult. We spent our first night in this room but the following day I spoke to the manager ( Mr Varag ) who was insistent that we should have a favourable impression of his hotel so he offered us an upgrade to a poolside suite which was magnificent...

The buffet breakfast and dinner were both amazing - so much food! Large, comfortable room. The hotel isn't within walking distance of the town centre, but not far by coach. The one drawback was the traffic noise. Everything else was great.

The thermal area is very impressive, especially the whirlpool and the outdoor pool with wave function and counter-current system. It offers very good value for money. After midnight, there was a lot of noise from adults and teenagers shouting and laughing loudly. This woke up my 1-year-old child, who became scared. There was no security staff to manage the situation, which was very disappointing. Aside from this incident, the hotel itself is very nice. The service is good, the staff is polite, and everything was comfortable during the day.

This is best hotel in Dilijan area. It is new resort with spa. The one negative is location, with little area to walk or explore. Especially enjoyed the dining.......chef is excellent. Staff are helpful and kind. I would recommend this property in Dilijan.

A bit far from everything but clean and spacious

A great place for a family vacation. Each room sleeps four. It's essentially a townhouse with two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a living room. For an additional fee, you can bring firewood and light a fireplace. Perfect if you're traveling by car, as it's located on the outskirts of the city.

One of the best hotels I have been. Room: was really clean and comfortable. Service: staff were friendly and supportive even though they don’t speak English well. The best place for family and alone. Good staff, best view, nice and clean rooms. You can enjoy your time in this place. Near to city centre. They have just little place for swimming. For relax need a week.

The location is excellent with a great view from the 2nd floor balcony. The yard is cute, it is very pleasant to chill there. However the room was too small, no space to move for 2 people simultaneously. And the most important and the worst point - the bed linen was not changed after the previous guest!!!

I loved the big, well-appointed rooms and the stylish interior. The location is superb, making it easy to explore the area, especially Haghartsin Monestry and Lake Parz, and the food is delicious. The only downside is the limited walking space, which can feel restrictive for longer strolls.

Our birdwatching group stayed here for 2 nights. The entrance hall is very grand but the bedroom I was in was very outdated, and the curtains were not big enough to close across the vast window. If you are a vegetarian the buffet selection is pretty rubbish even though it might look like there is a lot - salad leaves, cheese and bread and cake and fruit were all I found

Located in its own park this hotel sports a grand lobby, enormous rooms and a range of services. The room was a bit run down though, and the food in the restaurant mediocre. A very noisy party dominated the evening. Personally I prefer a smaller hotel with more character.

I booked the room on the top floor, attic, but it felt really cool and comfortable even though there was no elevator, so you had to walk five floors. I went there on a rainy day, so it was not convenient to see everything around me. This place is perfect for long-term relaxation. Especially, it has a really great hot water pool.

We liked the hotel so much that we decided to stay there for another day. I will recommend it to all my traveling friends!
