Staying in this hotel for the second time. They upgraded my booking into Superior Room, that was very nice! Very good service, good breakfast, perfect swimming pool. The only bad thing is that some of the equipment in the gym was out of service. But overall a well equipped gym.

Our tour operator had booked us a standard room which was a very small room with the bed right against the wall which made getting into and out of bed very difficult. I booked the room on the top floor, attic, but it felt really cool and comfortable even though there was no elevator, so you had to walk five floors. I went there on a rainy day, so it was not convenient to see everything around me. This place is perfect for long-term relaxation. Especially, it has a really great hot water pool.

A great place for a family vacation. Each room sleeps four. It's essentially a townhouse with two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a living room. For an additional fee, you can bring firewood and light a fireplace. Perfect if you're traveling by car, as it's located on the outskirts of the city.

This hotel is just yard away from the slopes and after a long day skiing all you want is to get to return to the room and rest. The rooms are basic, clean and have everything you need. Nice hotel, good service and good food. The rooms are clean and spacious. Quiet place, beautiful scenery, well maintained green spaces with walking paths, benches, a playground for kids and a swimming pool. However, I think the hotel needs to be renovated.

The hotel is perfect and I think it's worth the cost. We booked the 2-level family suite, it was very spacious and had everything needed. Everything was fine at the hotel . The food was delicious, varied, the room cleaning was perfect, the only problem was that the service was very slow, I waited almost 3 hours until they arrived to repair the door lock. Solid experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and we'll maintained. The food was varied enough. I especially enjoyed the pool and the basketball court. The conference/meeting spaces were pretty good also. The area is surrounded by pretty nature. My only recommendations are to put a shower curtain in all the rooms and to have the yogurt with fruit out for all meals. Also, repair the benches outside
