Very cozy hotel in the center of Yerevan. I slept so good. The staff is amazing and the interior yard deserves a couple of hours of your time there

From April 8th to 10th, 2025, two of us stayed at the Aspar Boutique Hotel in Yerevan. We booked through Trip.com. Payment was in rubles. The price was RUR 10,640.82 (€108.00) without breakfast. The hotel is located in the city center. We explored the city on foot.
The hotel is located downstairs, down some steps into a very cozy courtyard. This authentic hotel consists of several charming houses, with a small courtyard with tables and sofas where we could relax in the evening. There's a large kitchen where we can cook. The hotel is very beautiful, decorated in an old-style, like a museum of old Yerevan. We even took photos. It was very quiet. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and they even provided slippers and robes, plenty of toiletries, and a kettle. They had everything we needed and more. They helped us carry our luggage to our room. The beautiful young lady at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and friendly, answered all our questions, and helped my husband check in. This hotel deserves the highest rating. I give the hotel and staff a 10 out of 10 ratings! I RECOMMEND!

• The location is great. The staff is super. All issues were resolved immediately. In the kitchen you could make breakfast and there was always real coffee, which I made daily. Very comfortable and large bed. I don't know what could be improved. Everything was great.

+ Very clean and comfy, calm and silent place with lovely interior and exterior. On the entry I was greeted by lovely lady, she was very hospitable. the hotel is places next to Slovakian and Argentinian embassies, which for me is quite cool 😁Lovely place! Great value for money

an ideal hotel for a family holiday, clean rooms, kitchen and breakfast, the staff is also very friendly, helped organize tours and transfers. thank you for a wonderful time in Armenia! there is a beautiful garden and two entrances to the hotel, one from the bottom, if you have heavy bags, it is better to enter from the second option

Excellent hotel, clean, cozy, most importantly, clean rooms and good staff, I recommend it to everyone. CONVENIENT LOCATION We lived in room 1, a very spacious and beautiful room. Modern, beautiful and new design, there is an inner courtyard and a museum and a recreation area. We will return in the winter ....

Overall, the hotel left a pleasant impression, it is new and everything in it is fresh: renovation, furniture, bed linen and towels. Lots of interesting art: sculptures in the courtyard, paintings (paintings, not posters!). Of the minuses - no breakfast. There is a kitchen with dishes, but there is no frying pan, for example, to make an elementary omelet. It can be noisy at night - you can hear cars driving along Sayat-Nova, and in room #2 we could not sleep - the refrigerator was humming (apparently the one through the wall at the reception), and it was raining, drops were falling on the metal roof, ooo - it was just torture, you can "go crazy". The shower stall was sorely lacking a curtain, water flies all over the bathroom. A small thing, but unpleasant. If the guy-administrator with a soft, ingratiating voice offers you to go to the restaurant OLD MARANI (it's right next door), don't fall for it! It's not worth it. It would be fine if the food there was good, but the micro portion on a large plate is smeared and tasteless. That's probably why it's so empty, there are no people. Overall, the hotel is normal. Cleaning, by the way, is upon request, they need to put a sign on the door.

We had a rest in the hotel with the whole family, they greeted us very well, settled us in the presidential suite, organized a transfer. The room had everything necessary, I also really liked the museum in the hotel and the library. The children had something to do)) you can order laundry - which is very convenient. And there is also a huge garden area - where you can have breakfast, work, drink coffee and enjoy the singing of birds in the morning) the owner treated us to homemade cognac and apricots, everything in the hotel was very clean and cozy. We will recommend!))
