Unfortunately I couldn’t stay in the hotel with my prepaid reservation. When I came in the hotel receptionist told me that the hotel is occupied by group of tourists and not available for me so I can stay in another hotel. I would recommend you to think twice when you decide to book the hotel!!! Be careful!

We stayed for two weeks and had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. This lovely small hotel is conveniently centrally located and most of the centre is a walkable distance from the hotel. The hotel is very clean, rooms are thoroughly cleaned daily, toiletries, bathrobes, sleepers are generously provided. There is a lift, rooms have air conditioning. Taxis, excursions, airport transfers can be booked by very helpful reception staff who are available 24hrs. Hotel breakfast is great and consists of hot and cold options as well as salads, fresh fruit and vegetables. All of the staff i.e receptionists, cleaners and caterers are excellent, take great pride in their work and went far and beyond to make us feel welcome and our stay enjoyable. A true Armenian hospitality.

I came from England and my Russian friends booked the room for me. The hotel is a great place to stay. Just across the road is a park with a fabulous fountain .I had a room with a balcony and grape vines growing all around. The place is immaculately clean with whiter than white robes and towels and the staff are friendly and helpful . The breakfast is excellent and everything you could want. Thanks to the staff for making me feel welcome and giving advice on amenities. Armenia is such an awesome place and extremely safe so hope more people choose Armenia and enjoy the Yerevan Boutique hotel, fountains and friendly locals . Come to Armenia ...you will ❤️it !

The room was extremely small with poor ventilation due to the lack of sunlight. The window was tiny,sheets are dirty, and the price was far too high compared to what you get.

From 20.05 to 27.05.2024 we stayed at the Yerevan Boutique Hotel. A small but very cozy room. They cleaned it every day. The hotel has 3 floors and an elevator. The receptionists are friendly. We would like to highlight Spartak. He solved all our questions very quickly, advised us on where to go and what to see, where to have a snack. Many thanks to him. Amazing breakfasts. The food is varied and very tasty (like home-made). It is a pity that there are no lunches and dinners. We will definitely visit this hotel again and again and will recommend it to our friends.

The location was perfect for walking to the city center, and the staff were kind enough to make reservations at a nearby local restaurant, allowing us to enjoy a delicious meal in a charming setting. The daily changing breakfast made our trip even more enjoyable, and the accommodation was located slightly off the main road, which was nice and quiet. I was even more grateful for the luggage storage service after check-out.
