Hotel in good location, just a short distance from all sightseeing spots in the city. Excellent hospitality. Room is spacious and cosy.
However, there was a hot water issue in the bathroom during our stay. Hot water supply in the family room was not steady and would go out very quickly after turning on for a minute or two. Could not be fixed during our stay even the hotel had looked into the problem. The wifi signal was weak in the bedroom area of the deluxe room.
What really stood out, was the outstanding customer service. A special shoutout to the lady at the reception desk, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. Her warm attitude and eagerness to assist with any questions truly exceeded my expectations. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
If you’re looking for a place with great amenities and service that makes you feel at home, I highly recommend this hotel!
