We stayed in this apartment in Yerevan for several days, and overall it was a pleasant and comfortable experience. The apartment is very spacious, featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which made it extremely convenient, especially for a longer stay. One of the highlights was the huge living room, beautifully connected to the kitchen, creating an open, airy space where we could truly relax after a day of exploring the city.
The bedroom was comfortable, with a fairly large bed that felt relaxing and cozy, allowing for a good night’s sleep on most nights. The layout of the apartment is well thought out, offering both privacy and plenty of common space. Another big advantage is the location — the apartment is close to the city center and within walking distance of many good restaurants, cafés, and lively areas, which made getting around Yerevan very easy and enjoyable.
However, there were a few downsides worth mentioning. Unfortunately, the bedroom on the right side was quite noisy, as we could clearly hear the neighbors upstairs late at night. They played the TV very loudly and made a lot of noise, which made it difficult to sleep and fully rest as we had hoped. Additionally, the cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better. A more thorough cleaning would have been appreciated, and it would have been helpful to have more toilet paper provided in the bathrooms.
Despite these issues, the stay was overall okay, and the apartment has great potential thanks to its size, layout, and excellent location. With some improvements in sound insulation and cleaning, it could easily become a great place to stay in Yerevan.

We had a fantastic experience staying at Sweet Home Apartments. The location is absolutely prime, situated in the very heart of Yerevan, but the apartment itself was an incredibly quiet and peaceful retreat.
The whole place is in a new building, feeling super clean and modern. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained.
What truly made the difference was the support from our coordinator, Liana. She deserves huge praise! Liana was always responsive, easy to reach, and went above and beyond to answer all our questions and provide assistance whenever needed.
If you are looking for a central, comfortable, and stress-free stay in Yerevan, this is the place to book!

I stayed at Sweet Home Apartments last month, and the experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Right in the city center- few steps from the Republic Square. The apartment truly feels like a “sweet home'' -warm and comfortable. The linens and towels smelled fresh.
The self check-in process was smooth and well-organized. I received clear instructions in advance, and entering the apartment took just a few minutes. Communication with the host was exceptional -fast, friendly, and attentive.

Wonderful apartment in Yerevan! The location is perfect — close to everything and within easy walking distance to the main attractions and cozy cafés. The balcony is a real highlight: spacious, comfortable, and great for enjoying morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. Check-in was very smooth, and the staff were incredibly responsive and helpful. A great place to stay!

It was very convenient for our family. The unit was very clean and very well maintained. The location was very ideal, we could just walk everywhere, we even just walked to the Cascade Complex. The manager was very approachable and responses very fast. At night, we could just leave the window open for air, it was very quiet even though the location is near restaurants and other establishments. I love that we can cook since our kids are picky eaters. The kitchen has everything you'll need, from the plates, utensils, microwave, oven, stove, fridge, etc. Though as an Asian, we always use bidet, this is really good to have.
Our kids loved our stays at this apartment and if or when we come back to Armenia, we will choose to stay at this apartment again. ❤️❤️❤️
