Convenient contactless check-in. We arrived late and checked in without any problems.
If I had to nitpick, the chair is uncomfortable; I'd change it.
It's clean and has everything you need.
The location is also good, close to the main attractions, and there are shops nearby.
However, keep in mind that the stadium is very close. If there's a match on, there will be noise near the entrance, lots of people blowing horns, and police officers. We arrived during a football match, but overall, there were no problems. The windows faced the opposite direction, and it wasn't too noisy on the upper floors.
The check-in process was smooth; communication was very friendly and remote.
The only downside, and I'd like to warn other guests about this, is that when you select a hotel, it appears in one location on the map, but the office and the apartment itself are in a slightly different location.
This wasn't a deal-breaker for us, and the location is still good, but for others it might be an issue.
Overall, I would recommend the apartment to others. It was comfortable, convenient, clean, quiet, and had a beautiful view from the windows 👍😌
Very walkable location, spacious apartment that had everything we needed. The apartment had plenty of towels, toiletries, laundry soap, a drying rack, dish soap and sponge and many other little touches that made the stay comfortable. The mini-split A/C unit made it bearable when temperatures outside were rising. I couldn’t figure out how to make the oven work and didn’t attempt to light the gas stove but if I’d had to use them I would have texted the management who were very responsive and helpful. Seamless from check-in to checkout, would definitely stay again if we’re in Yerevan!
