Mr. Arthur and family are the best host in armenia. Princ plaza is an amazing place to stay and the host makes it feel like home. Their breakfast is amazing and cheap. Also, a taxi would cost like 2$ to major tourist places.
Mr.Arthur also organizes private tours to his guests with lesser price than market rates. He speaks good English and guide you throughout the tour.

The hotel is very clean and peaceful. I would definitely recommend to stay here. Love their hospitality.
