A great getaway from the city. We loved the place and enjoyed the green backyard with a small waterfall area. It is a family business and the owner Armen is so helpful and lovely. He also has a car so you can agree with him for transport as Taxies are not easy to find.

In my opinion, this is no hotel at all. It's more like a guesthouse. I have no idea where the positive reviews come from. The furnishings are in need of repair, the mattresses are old and warped, the safe doesn't work, the sofa is broken, and the curtains are torn. The rooms are poorly soundproofed, with disturbing noises from the busy street. The "hotel" is located far outside the city center. Breakfast was minimal (we were traveling in Armenia for four weeks and weren't expecting luxury). Breakfast times weren't adhered to (30 minutes later than agreed). This annoyed us and disrupted our plans. Wi-Fi was practically non-existent.

The service attitude is very good. We booked a room and they upgraded it to a mother room. The environment is very good. There is a large garden behind it, and there are apple trees all over the back. There is also a parking lot and a stream behind the garden. The environment is very pleasant.

Very Beautiful experience! The room was very big and clean , the bed confortable and we can see the garden trought the windows, peacefull and quiet place! Amazing breakfast with home made juice and jam, and everything we desired! Everything perfect

Great family hotel
Great family hotel. The hotel manager is very accommodating. (Five stars for Armen!) He helped with some unusual requests that came up due to family emergency and misunderstanding during booking. The hotel has a nice garden which ends at a small river. The rooms are spacious and clean. I travelled to Dilijan for a conference, but the town is famous as a vacation destination.
