Aratta Boutique Hotel in Yerevan

A small, cozy hotel.
There's no elevator, but the young man at reception helped me with my suitcase immediately.
Nice, stylish room, everything you need.
I stayed for one day and had a great time. I recommend it.

Fantastic boutique hotel in the center about 5 min walk to Republic square. The room is clean, modern and quiet even though it’s in the city center. the reception is also very helpful and professional! No complaints highly recommended for high quality at great price!

Great service and very kind personnel. The best thing about this hotel is the location and cleanliness. Breakfast is ok but not amazing. I would definitely recommend it.

My friend moved to this hotel on our second day from the adjacent Hotel Boulevard. Both of us felt that this hotel was much cleaner and nicer compared to the previous one. However, the biggest drawback is the lack of an elevator, which can be inconvenient, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

A very pleasant stay. We booked a room on the second floor overlooking the park. The room was warm – there was a radiator and air conditioning. We even opened the balcony at night (we were there in early February). The reception staff was pleasant, and we had no problems checking in or staying there. Breakfast isn't a buffet, and thank goodness for that. They prepare a menu specifically for you and your tastes. There are always a few vegetables and some fruit. The room design is pleasant, and the mattress, pillows, and linens are of good quality. Now about the downsides: there's only one. The bathroom is designed in such a way that it's impossible to shower without spilling on the floor; the partition is very short. The floor isn't heated, either; it's very cold! I usually walk around barefoot in hotels, but here it's very cold. I had to use a towel as a mat.

The property location is good and there are a lot of restaurant around. The only two comments are the hotel’s breakfast should have fruit. I only have the first day breakfast serving with fruit. Second, the hotel should replenish the teabags and complimentary water in the room. I stayed there for four days and there is no replenishment.

We stayed at Aratta Boutique Hotel for 4 nights. The small hotel is in a very central location in Yerevan, with all main city sights reachable by foot. Our room faced a park and the room was fairly quiet (I think having a fully quiet room in Yerevan is pretty hard, the centre is very busy/lively). For the price paid, I think the property was very good value for money, the room was fairly modern, clean, had a nice balcony and the rate included breakfast and 24/7 reception. They also accommodated a very late check out for a very reasonable rate. Service was mostly very friendly and helpful. Reason for 4/5 starts are improvements needed to the small room e.g., only one chair on the balcony, no table or chair in the bedroom, no trash can in the bedroom, no towel hangers in the bathroom. Also, one specific member of the staff was quite rude with us on the day of check out.

Convenient location in the heart of the city. Cozy, clean rooms. The room has everything you may need. Very responsive and friendly staff. Incredibly delicious breakfasts!
