We had an amazing stay at the Cashelmara apartments. Our apartment was on the first floor. It was so comfortable, looked exactly like the photos and had a wonderful view. The location is amazing. I would definitely return.

A very clean and tidy unit in a great location ! The lifesaving flags are just across the road and it was a very easy walk to the local shops (Aldi, Woolworths) and surf club.

No Staff on site to deal with issues in the room. AH number either took hours to reply or you had to follow them up with call or message.

The disappointing aspect of our stay was the operation of the ‘virtual reception’ concept. The key was not available at the property but at another one in the Burleigh Shopping Centre probably 1.5 kms away where access and parking were difficult. I'd already sampled the delights of the high tea so took a friend for lunch, what a delight. Beautiful setting, friendly staff and home cooked delicious food. English themed so we chose the Ploughman's Platter - wow! Pork Pie, ham, cheese etc with the right condiments and plenty of it and fresh, loose leaf tea. Won't be long before going back.

I can’t fault my stay here. So welcoming, warm, and homely, but also meticulously clean with such a comfy bed and quality linen - all for such a reasonable price. Breakfast was excellent. I’ll go out of my way to recommend this place to stay. A much better experience than anything you’d get at a hotel or motel for this price point.

The apartment definitely asks for some uplift, but it was reasonably priced, overall comfortable, not smelly, with good views and in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Our stay at the Royal Pines Resort was absolutely amazing. The resort is family friendly and caters for children of all ages. There are so many facilities that enable you to not have to leave the resort for your entire stay.
