The apartment unit clean and we loved our stay there.

If you are looking for somewhere fancy to stay, this accommodation is not for you. BUT if you are looking for unparalleled ocean views thats family friendly and close to everything, this is definitely the place for you. Sure its old and seen better days, but the plus side is its roomy, has everything you need and super friendly staff. We will 100% stay there again.

The front counter staff are absolutely lovely and so helpful. However, I paid for a deluxe ocean view room and it was terrible, I have previously paid for an ocean view room at the same hotel and had a much better apartment.

Bang opposite the beach, wonderful uninterrupted ocean views, value for money. However, should review their after hours checin in process. 5pm is rather early to close off reception.

Great location- just across the road from main beach and short walk to eateries/Cavill Mall. Good size rooms and views just incredible. All the facilities you need - loved the spa pool.

have stayed here before and although the property is ageing our apartment was just what we needed. A large lounge, kitchen and bedroom with a balcony with ocean views. The staff were great and the location excellent.

Afteer hours key pickup was seamless , we settled into our clean room , bed was so comfy , really enjoyed our 2 night stay , and then upon leaving , dropped our key in the box as we left the carpark , perfect .. we will always recommend or stay here 😁

I used a designated room for disabled travellers. It was perfect for my needs, and clean, comfortable and well equipped. About the only extra I'd have liked is a toaster. The staff was friendly and helpful too, so highly recommended.

Walls needed a clean lots of marks. Main light not working manager tried to fix no luck. Said we were happy to use bedside lamps. Nice size room. Very noisy overnight with tram line being built.

You can walk and take the bus everywhere all while you leave your car in the secure underground parking! Eat at Miami Rice, or the surf club. Bus it to Pac Fair for 50cents. Take a nature walk to the lockout. Love this place!

Parking was good, it was a convenient stay. Value for money although rooms were very old. It wasnt impressive jowever clean and suitable for what i needed.

We were able to check in early and Lucky upgraded us to a 1 bedroom self contained unit. It's an older complex but everything was clean, lovely gardens, hot spa and nice pool. Great location only 350m to beach.

Not only did they never respond to a chat, but they were also rude to the late check-in. While I had to arrive on time to avoid any issues because I like it... what happened? The plane was delayed. Add to that the construction they're doing on the tram in Gran Canaria. Luckily, I arrived on time, but they never answered. Then they left very few paper products and soap. Stayed here back in July and was an amazing stay. We rang to say we we're going to be arriving late, way after reception closes. On the phone the guy said he's happy to assist when we arrive just give him a call. Check in was smooth. Room was so much bigger than we expected! Have just spent 5 .nights there and what a great place to stay.It is within walking distance to the trams and bus terminal,Pacific Fair,Oasis Center,Surf Club and the beach. We were upgraded to a refurbished one bedroom apartment which was excellent. Very clean all-round. Will go back another time.

Spindrift is in a great location, right on the beach, 150 mtrs from the local surf club, and a short wlak from a variety of cafes, restaurants and fast food outlets. Area is very quite, and safe.

Ocean views from the balcony were great and my kids loves the Jacuzzi in the pool

We had a really nice stay here. The price is very fair for the quality of rooms and the pool area. Its also in a great location to do lots on the GC. The lady on reception was absolutely lovely too. People expecting a super fancy place are not thinking about the price. But you get clean linen and room, a nice pool and a great location for cheap.

It’s obviously not a high end hotel, but does exactly what you’d expect it to for one of the cheapest in the area. Checkin was fine, air conditioning worked so we had a nice room temperature, shower worked fine. Not the most inviting looking place and only having a sheet instead of duvet was less preferred

Lovely place to stay overnight, clean rooms, couldn't fault anything there. Pool was awesome for an early morning dip. Even though it was quite busy and schoolies week there was no issues with noise. Overall great stay.

Friendly staff, aircon and shower were great, pool and spa were refreshing, clean and tidy, undercover car park. Comfy beds. Little highway noise. Nothing to fault.

Great loacation, room was clean on arrival. The room was serviced twice in the 16days we stayed, fresh bedding and towels which is fine, however the bathroom was never cleaned in that whole time which was very poor and there was also a bit of a challange with mould in the bathroom which we had to spray with mould killer regularly.Apart from that everything else was good

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, was able to leave our bags, as arrived early, very helpful and accommodating staff. Great location also, was perfect for our stay on Broadbeach. Will definitely look at staying here upon my return.

The location was great and the rooms and bathrooms were clean. The kitchen appliances needed some cleaning. Reception staff were great and very helpful.

Best location, plenty of room, very clean

We absolutely loved our time at Reflections on the Sea, our apartments (2x3br ocean view) were spacious, spectacular views, the beach and bays nearby are beautiful. The staff were so friendly and very helpful. The location is perfect for walking about and heaps of dining options to choose from. We wanted a special holiday and Reflections by the Sea made it perfect 👍 thank you so much 😊

Magnificent view of the coast, whales travelling past all day, ocean air and light- filled apartment. Easy access to patrolled surf beach and walking paths for kilometres. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Comfortable beds, beautiful deep bath. Walk to restaurants, cafe and grocery stores.

The lounge and chair were very grotty .needs a steam clean .the unit was a bit dated .and needs some work down .but a good stay

Great location. Good sleep. Good services. Good facilities. I will chose to come again if the price is fair. Yet: The building need renovation. Cleaning is poor. Windows look like never been cleaned from the construction period, last century.

Overall, it was okay. I came with my relatives, and they said they didn't sleep very well, probably because of the bed. The 1.5m bed wasn't very comfortable to sleep on. The beach towels cost an extra 3 yuan.

The Château Beach resort is located in Central Surfers Paradise right opposite the beach. The beachfront apartments have obstructed views up and down of the entire coast. This place is fantastic. I relaxed here for 4 nights and enjoyed every minute. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything that I needed. One of the best things about my stay was the location. I parked my car in the underground carpark and didn't have to move it all the time I was there. Our stay was excellent, we are a family of four. Two adults two kids. There was alot of room in the hotel with stunning views. We were greeted with a smile, had our own parking , two swipe keys , fresh towels , beds & clean full kitchen with washer , dryer, pots, pans, shampoo and so on.. nothing was a problem. I am currently staying here for a short amount of time, good facilities, good view, not very clean, towels have brown spots, I recommend to bring your own towels if you stay here, I had to go buy my own towels. (the towel here had poo stains.) It is a bit far from the general shopping district, but still walkable distance.

The location is excellent, a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, tourist areas, and supermarkets. The hotel is clean and well-equipped, making it an ideal vacation home for personal use.

Clean and tidy, bathroom very small, couldn't get air con in main living area to stay on.

Great location - limited reception hours The location of the apartment is great for access to all of Broadbeach. Be aware that reception is open limited hours. You need to check on the door because the hours were not the same as stated in the email I received.

The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. We were in Room 14 and it was clean, comfortable and well maintained. A great room for the Groundwater Festival or any other Broadbeach festival. Recommended!

Location was great for eating out, closeness to beach and shopping. However the actual accommodation was a bit old, tired with broken or not working fittings (shower screen, drapes and badly worn furnishings inside & out). Staff were good.

The apartment we stayed in was fantastic! Very clean, two bathrooms - one with a bath (very handy with 3 kids!), a full sized kitchen and gorgeous water views from every window. The location is fantastic. For the price range, it was great. Few maintenance issues to be expected with the age of the building but super friendly staff and well equipped apartment.

This is one of the better places I have stayed at while at Surfers Paradise. The view was magnificent, central to everything, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely book again.

Unfortunatley, the room was a huge let down to this property. The standard was way below par. The entrance and the grounds are not a true reflection of the room at all!! We had to get the sink plugs unstuck. The room was tidy but definitely not clean. Fraying old outdated carpet. Damaged walls.A disturbing smell that i could not get rid of even with products and worst of all No aircon in room 12c....

The room was clean had a beautiful view was on a high floor close to the elevator on the beach walkable to restaurants, barbecue area, beautiful swimming pool and spa. The staff are wonderful. The parking was under the building, gated and safe. I highly recommend staying at the Princess Palms Excellent.

Clean and comfortable with all amenities you need, including washing machine and dryer apartment was a good size and only one block from the beach. There is tram works going on outside our window but the room was discounted and it wasn’t too noisy. Great cafes also right across the street.

My parents had a lovely stay. The manager was very professional and the apartment was very clean however the couch could most certainly do with an update. The pool was warm and the location was perfect. They would stay again.

The property was well situated to visit the beach and amenities. However there are major road works outside the apartments with noisy work continuing throughout the night. The roadworks also create major diversions for pedestrians

The building is dated but well maintained. Our unit was large with full kitchen, 2 bedsand 2 bathrooms and laundry. However, there was no AC in the bedrooms and in Summer time it was quite warm and even uncomfortable. There was AC in the living room thankfully. Also the building has no disability access. If you're elderly or injured it's not easy to get up all the stairs from the under ground parking...

Right opposite Broadbeach, a quiet spot. There are many nice restaurants outside and a shopping centre a street. A convenient spot central to main areas in tyne Goldcoast. Checking in and out was easy and the room accommodating.

We spent a long weekend here and it was a fantastic choice. The staff were very friendly, the location was perfect, and the apartment had a beautiful view. It was very comfortable and spacious. We asked about the cost of a late check-out and they kindly offered it to us free of charge, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

Yes the room was in a good living condition and it's appearance was that it was clean and tidy. And all you need for a room. My only issue is the mattress on the fold out sofa bed in the lounge. It was dirty and stained. It does not seem it gets cleaned and it was only as I was resting on that I felt extremely itchy.
