Cockroaches in the room. Not only were the hosts unconcerned they were also very rude, unreasonable and made personal comments totally unconnected with the issue. No reduction or refund was offered for my disturbed night.

Excellent B and B in Mudgeeraba. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were excellent. Great value stay.

I'd already sampled the delights of the high tea so took a friend for lunch, what a delight. Beautiful setting, friendly staff and home cooked delicious food. English themed so we chose the Ploughman's Platter - wow! Pork Pie, ham, cheese etc with the right condiments and plenty of it and fresh, loose leaf tea. Won't be long before going back.

I can’t fault my stay here. So welcoming, warm, and homely, but also meticulously clean with such a comfy bed and quality linen - all for such a reasonable price. Breakfast was excellent. I’ll go out of my way to recommend this place to stay. A much better experience than anything you’d get at a hotel or motel for this price point.

Delightful! Such a cute and cozy place that goes above and beyond with sweet little touches like a tea and coffee station and a comfortable bed.
Their English breakfast was so tasty and made even more fun in their charming cafe. The owners were so helpful and kind, offering us numerous ideas of what to explore in the area. We truly felt like we were spending time with old friends.

While the property was nice and breakfast was good, they should have found a different place to set up high teas and lunch rather than outside the bedroom of people staying as guests.
