The view from the apartment was stunning! We were 23 B. Very good set out in a 2x2 with balcony. The drains blocked up in the ensuite shower but cleared when it was off. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Perhaps limited reception hours were a bit awkward. We would stay there again though. The building is older but the facilities were good.

The apartment had an unusual layout and felt more like a house, it was larger than expected, all rooms were large and the laundry was a full laundry not just a washing machine in a cupboard. It would be easy to live permanently in this place which is what I think it was initially designed for. I will definitely book here again

Our apt was fantastic with the most amazing view of the bay! It was modern, clean and well equipped with everything we needed and more. Burleigh Heads was certainly a favourite of ours and we will definitely be returning.

I was disappointed in the accomodation and didn’t think the 9.4 rating on the website was accurate. The room was dated and not well maintained. The hand shower didn’t work and needs replacing. The seal at the base of the shower screen was dirty, brittle and mouldy. The soap holder was rusty. There was some mould in the shower grout. The hair dryer didn’t work. The sliding door to the deck came off...

Excellent rooms, large and clean. Location is perfect for beach access and restaurants. Pool was perfect! Can't fault the place.

Large and roomy apartment with a stunning view of the ocean. Walkable to everything and in a quiet location. It was hard to leave the balcony.

We always love our stay at Belle Maison Apartments. The apartments are very spacious, comfortable with excellent facilities. The grounds and pool area are well maintained. Shops and dining areas are all in close walking proximity.

The main advantages of this property are the high-floor views, spacious apartments, and truly breathtaking scenery. Another important benefit is the location: the beach is just across the road, and there are many shops, restaurants, and other leisure facilities nearby, which makes the stay very convenient. However, it seems that construction work will soon block these views, and the construction itself...

No obstruction of the beach. The only issue is that the unit on arrival was not in the expected clean condition. Property Manager was not made aware of this matter until departure

There were two major construction projects adjacent to our building with considerable noise. Otherwise it was a memorable stay.

Great views and roomy apartment. The photos on wotif are not necessarily the apartment you will receive. Some are dated and ours was dirty. No daily cleaning or clean towels. You will need to buy cleaning supplies and soap/shampoo but there is a Woolworths close by. We were put in a 2 bedroom unit but only booked a 1 bedroom. We got charged for using the 2nd bedroom and bathroom $60 a night...

Beautiful property close to dining, the beach and the tram

The structure of the room, pool area was perfect. But the equipment inside the room are not perfect - rusted pots in the kitchen, towels were not cleaned there were marks on it, bedside lamps were not working.

Good location, however the apartment and facilities are getting a little tired at Aria.

The apartment was roomy and well set up. Big lounge /kitchen area that opened out onto an outdoor area. Loved the double bi fold door to open it right up.

Great location, spacious comfortable apartment. Unfortunately, there is building work opposite so expect construction from 6am each morning.

The check in is only open fir a few hours on Saturday & Sunday, so you have to deal with incorrect codes for key safes, messages not being passed on to the phone assistance etc

The floors were dirty and the furniture was mismatched. The apartment was filled with cheap, low-quality pieces that looked like they’d been picked up from a kerbside rubbish collection.

The pool area was great. Our room was located on level 6 and there was a lot of noise from the bar accross the street until 10pm

Had a few hiccups at the start with the room, was dirty in areas and missing basic essentials but they were rectified swiftly . Staff were fantastic which made a big difference . Would suggest for future that all rooms come with the bare basics of rubbish bags , washing liquid , scrubbing brushes etc

This a basic amenity in terms of accommodation. That said it does the job for a very fair price and was clean and utilitarian. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Proximity to the airport is key. You get what you pay for and I have no complaints whatsoever.

Very clean, well maintained, would stay again! This motel is meticulously cleaned! It is not modern by any means but has a nice art deco type of style and I loved the exposed brick. The room was more spacious then expected and had lots of natural light. You can tell this motel is very well looked after and reception was very knowledgeable of the area and friendly. Easily one of the better hotels...

Getaway Walking distance to many eateries and shops. Close to the beach and the bus stop. We found the room was very dusty. Luckily there was a vacuum cleaner to use. I would stay there again but the cleaners need to clean properly.

We stayed in the deluxe villa. It was spaciuos and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The pool was great and so was the playground.

Was overall happy with our 7 night stay. Friendly staff. Clean cabin overlooking the pool. Awesome pool and slide that kept the kids entertained. Our cabin wasn’t serviced when it was suppose to be but the staff were very happy to problem-shoot any issues. Would stay again in the future and recommend to other travelers.

An amazing voew, super clean apartment and very easy to reach Surfers Paradise from. 2 things marred the stay. The window blinds were wafer thin! Every morning at 4.15am, the bedroom was lit up and red hot! The second, twice we had to change our fob as we were denied entry to the building! Once I had to call out the 24hr help as it was 1am.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at this property. The amazing ocean view was a true highlight and provided a beautiful backdrop for our entire trip. Within walking distance to the beach and the main clubs, this is an ideal location.The living room is large, and the bedrooms have good hanging space. Very comfortable beds with one ensuit in one and separate toilet in the other. Good sized TV and adequate kitchen. Excellent pool with heated spa and BBQ area. Would definitely return.

Bella mare is in quite location and walking distance fore shopping and dining and the beach is right across the street.

Stayed for 5 nights in a two storey 2 bedroom apartment and found it incredibly comfortable and functional. The amenities and property are clean and well maintained. The building and underground parking have secure resident only access and the location is central and within walking distance to parks, shops, restaurants and beaches. Highly recommended.

Disappointing apartment with unpleasant odour in the cupboards. decor is dated and not very well pointed. struggled with the 4 sets of stairs one had to climb to access apartment. Despite staff being pleasant, they did recognise the need for more essential items for cleaning and advised that there were 4 Cole’s in the location!

Very cool, incredibly comfortable. It was a good stay. As a new place they have some things they could sort. For the price we paid I’d have expected something in the room where you could leave things. No, shelves, storage and not a mirror in the place. Aside from that awesome. We had a great stay at the shores. Drinks and DJ by the pool on Saturday evening was cool and staff were really helpful and friendly.

Very simple older style accommodation in the heart of the Gold Coast. Great price and the most amazing welcoming staff. If youre travelling with a dog this place is a welcoming, central and comfortable stop.

Would have liked the floors to have been swept or mopped before we arrived. Pet fur all over our socks and clothes. Internet in the room was poor. Could access if we were in the carpark. But location was good.

When we arrived the hotel manager/owner was really friendly and gave a tour of the place and the services available, e.g. pool. When we entered our place was clean however the sockets next to the bed did not work on either side which was disappointing. The Wi-Fi is also barely usable and needs an upgrade. My husband and I stayed here for a week before moving into our new place. We were accompanied by our kitten! Affordable prices, great view, very quiet. The staff and owners were absolutely amazing! It was so beautiful staying here. Definitely recommend.

The apartment was not clean. Dirty towels left behind bathroom door. Bathroom bench was not wiped down. I could tell the attempt to clean the room was in a rush. Kitchen floor was dirty when arrived and had to mop up black shoe marks on tiles. 2nd day power outage for 2hours because on new aircon installation. Tidy 2 bedroom apartment (17B) in a good condition. Parking was secure. No lift so had to carry bags upstairs. Minimal supplies (toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid and dish soap, 1 towel per person) but all available at a cost at reception. Really great location to get out and about. This was the perfect place for me, quiet and low level. Great heated pool. Good value for money in a great spot away from the hustle and bustle of surfers but close to the theme parks, opposite the beach and walking distance to lovely cafes and restaurants.. Recommend this for those who prefer a more relaxed feel but still want to be close to everything.

Family accommodation close to all amenities The apartments are close to the beach, tram stop and in walking distance from the heart of Surfers Paradise. The 2 bedroom self-contained apartment was large and comfortable for our family of 7. Waking up to the ocean view was amazing. I would highly recommend and definitely stay here again.

Booked through Airbnb, it was a lovely cosy place, near the beach, they have trolleys in garageto carry luggage which reallyimpressed me, pool was big.. unfortunately the beaches were closed becoz of the cyclone but the view was amazing.

Very happy with location for special birthday celebration weekend. Good short access to main spit & shopping centre. Rooms are lovely. We are high up on 26th floor & enjoyed fabulous views. The pool is huge with spa and enjoyed swim this afternoon. Only short coming limited visitor parking but parked on the street nearby for free. Highly recommend Contessa. Thank You!

Management were lovely and helpful when we had trouble checking in after hours. Room was beautiful and clean. View was great. Pools were perfect for our baby as the inside one is heated. It is a lovely family apartment building. Will definitely plan on staying again.
