The hotel is very good and price is not so high compare with other hotels nearby, the room size is very big

The room was pretty standard. It's very close to the bus stop for Rottnest Island, and the front desk staff were really friendly and considerate. The only thing was that housekeeping didn't clean the room during my two-day stay.

We liked this hotel location , but it had a few minor problems, such as the heating and cooling system and some of the sockets not working, and the reception service was not good.

I had a very noisy room. Another guests made a lot of noise from when they got out of lift.
They talked loudly and I couldn’t sleep well. Washing machine looks old and dirty.

Breakfast was good.

The staff was friendly and nice, good location and eady to walk to central, near the cat bus stop, we had a wonderful stay.

Overall, the hotel is pretty good, but the facilities definitely need an upgrade. We were assigned room 804, and on the day we checked in, it was about 36 degrees Celsius outside. The air conditioning in our room was broken, but we didn't realize it at first. We thought maybe it was just slow to cool down since the room faced west. However, after two hours, the room was still hot and stuffy. We promptly called the front desk, and when the receptionist came in, even he was surprised. Initially, he thought we might have set the AC incorrectly, but after checking, he confirmed it wasn't user error – the AC was indeed broken. The front desk then reported our situation to the manager, and they moved us to a room with two separate bedrooms, which I guess was compensation for enduring two hours of extreme heat. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's well-balanced and nutritious. The hotel's location is also quite good, making it very convenient for getting around.

The hotel seems to have been recently renovated. The room felt new and clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. The lighting was a bit dim, but overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel also offers luggage storage. The hotel's location is very close to The Perth Mint, and there's a Red CAT bus stop just a 1-2 minute walk away, making it very convenient to get to the CBD. Just a heads up, the pick-up and drop-off stops are different.

The bed was a bit saggy and uncomfortable, and the room lighting was quite dim. However, the location is pretty good, and our room was quiet since it didn't face the main road. Overall, it was a good stay with good value for money.

Housekeeping sometimes forgot to replenish items egs tissue box, sugar. The divan beds had sunken in the centre due to wear & tear. Not comfortable to sleep on.

The room is clean and spacious. But the lighting isn’t bright enough, it’s quite dim. Should have changed the lighting.
