Wonderful hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. We had an apartment on the third floor (with four colleagues), and an apartment on the fourth floor for the other four colleagues. The living room/kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms—everything was neat and clean, nothing wrong with it. Everything you need for a ski holiday was there. Breakfast was very extensive and fresh—simply delicious. The lady who worked there was very friendly and always had a smile on her face. Less than a 10-minute walk from the lift, Achterjet. Boots and skis were stored in a locker there for 10 euros—just great. You know what winter sports cost, and that few euros extra for a hotel like this makes your holiday complete. The 30-degree outdoor hot tub definitely completes it.

Cleanliness, quality, and service are top-notch! A true paradise for children, and everything meets the highest standards. One point is deducted because, unfortunately, there are no socket protectors, which would be a good thing in a children's hotel. Furthermore, the animal care leaves much to be desired. The petting zoo was completely covered in animal droppings, and not just from one day. Similarly, the horses only had a concrete floor and a small area, which was also completely covered in horse manure. Very disappointing. In addition, the animals were constantly subjected to music, which is unnecessary, as there was no music anywhere else outside, which was a welcome change. Aside from that, it's a great hotel that we've visited twice now.

We recently had a very disappointing experience with Central Flachau. Despite booking their most expensive accommodation in October, we were only informed this week—months later—that key resort facilities will be closed for maintenance during our stay. A project of this scale must have been planned well in advance, yet they failed to notify us before or directly after we booked, even though access to the facilities is a primary part of their offering. When we raised concerns, instead of offering solutions such as rescheduling, a discount, or even asking if we preferred cancellation, they canceled our booking without our consent. This abrupt action left us feeling as though our concerns were unwelcome, and that they simply didn’t want us as guests anymore. If business is good enough for Central Flachau to treat (returning) guests like this, we can only conclude that customer care is not their priority. Sadly, this means we will not be visiting again. We hope others have better experiences, but ours was one of the worst in terms of customer service.

An exciting concept: a high-quality hotel experience with ever fewer staff. The concept works well for the most part, partly because the existing staff do a fantastic job and the digital tools are well-designed. The resort is sensational, with a huge range of activities for children, both supervised and unsupervised. It's very clean and well-maintained. Rainy weather won't be a problem here (we only had sunshine). The only, and not insignificant, drawback is definitely the breakfast in the restaurant. The price of over €50 for a family of four wouldn't even be the issue. To put it politely, the selection is "uninspired" compared to the standard of the resort and also to the restaurant's offerings in the evening. The three cereals exude an 80s charm, as do the three types of sausage – the competition could certainly learn a thing or two. What's truly tragic, however, is that they try to cover everything with just one or two servers. As a result, the highlight, the fried eggs (!), was practically always unavailable, as was the hot water for tea. Sure, you can be self-sufficient - there's a Spar supermarket next door, bread delivery service, a nice kitchen with a dishwasher - but maybe you don't want to.

A wonderful, modern, and luxurious complex in a lovely setting. We had a fantastic week here with our family. The rooms are clean, spacious, and modern. The complex also offers plenty to do for all ages: billiards, free bowling (day and night), a soccer hall, table tennis, a trampoline park, an indoor children's village, a cinema, and outdoor playing fields with all sorts of things. Too many to list. The swimming pools are spacious, from the cold mountain pool to the heated indoor and outdoor pools. There are plenty of sunbeds and other lovely places to relax, but the ultimate pleasure is the wide selection of saunas. The entire complex is well-maintained, the gardens are beautiful, and the staff is friendly, even at the nearby restaurant. In the evening, the curries and schnitzels are delicious. The staff is also quick and friendly. The only downside: the breakfast is a bit expensive, which doesn't reflect its quality. But otherwise, it's perfectly fine. Finally, there's plenty to do in the area, from cycling to hiking, skydiving, rafting, archery, and I'm sure I'm missing a lot. We'll definitely be back!

Simply superb. Great for hiking, well-located, fantastic spa, delicious food, great for children, and a good cinema too. I watched the Champions League final for free there, and they've shown great films many times since. The hotel is extremely good and is exactly where you need it and how you need it. Everything is within easy walking distance. I always love coming back there.

The facilities of the hotel are amazing ! Paradise for kids and parents with indoor football court, indoor bowling, pools and more and more. Breakfast and dinner are amazing. The improvement I would comment is the service of the reception - first night we came 1 bed was not made up and no assistance available, also some rooms have noise from the street and they should be more clear in advance about it.

Great hotel - perfect for the kids with so many things to do (indoor and outdoor), place for the parents to relax, nice swimming pools, very welcoming stuff, clean, well designed and good location - it feels that someone thought what will make the vacation perfect
