Schlosshotel Ischgl in Ischgl

Wow!!!
What an amazing place it is.
We came a group of friends and we had the most wonderful time in this hotel.
Noemi from Reservations made sure every request we had was dealt perfectly according to our wishes before our arrival and did so during and at the end of our stay too.
Kim, Sofja, Chiare and Gina were all so amazingly nice to us while being extremely professional during breakfast and dinner, and so were the others.
The food was exquisite, the facilities were all of the highest level, well maintained and clean.
Ski shop and ski room on the premises is a big plus and Lutz was very professional and helpful as well.
SPA and pool were such a delight after each skiing day.
The rooms (well suites in fact) were spacious, clean and very comfortable. The house kipping ladies were so cute too.
In fact the whole staff of the hotel is so nice and seems to work so good together that it's something we really enjoyed to watch from the side.
The location of the hotel is superb and it is close to everything, has a ski in access yet very quiet.
Is there anything I forgot? If so it was top too for sure...
We are definitely going to come back here again as soon as we can.

We had a great stay at the hotel, with a special mention to the concierge team, Alexandra and Max, who were outstanding from start to finish. A true masterclass in hospitality.

The location is ideal, right at the foot of the slopes, which makes everything very convenient. The hotel is well maintained, especially the spa area, which we particularly enjoyed.

There is some room for improvement in the bedrooms, as the bathrooms feel slightly outdated, and it is worth paying attention to the room view when booking, as it can vary.

Overall, however, it was a very enjoyable stay and we would gladly return.

I don't know where to start :)
Room is big and elegant, the SPA is crazy.
Dinner were excellent and changes every day.
But above all, i cant start to describe the hotel staff. the best I ever encountered. so nice, attentive, helping with any small request. Amazing!

I can highly recommend this wonderful hotel. Impeccable service throughout. Especially guest arrangements by Julia and concierge by Moritz. The rooms are large and stylish. Spotlessly clean. The dining facilities are superb. Wonderful breakfast both a la carte and buffet. Delicious food in the dining room. They organised everything for us, be it collection from the airport, ski instructor (Christian Pfeiffer is exceptional), ski passes and equipment. All simple and seamless. They also have a fantastic spa. Moritz booked wonderful restaurants for us each night. Great dining at the 5 star hotel next door. That was magnificent. Also Lucy Wang (sushi / Asian) and Prenner ranked as outstanding. And as I mentioned the hotel itself has excellent food and service. We could not recommend this hotel more highly.

Lovely location

Great hotel

Luxury hotel at the bottom of the slopes - ski right to hotel. Gondola just a few steps away for the morning ride up. Great accommodations and nice spa. Breakfast was excellent with made-to-order choices and large buffet. Dinners were very good (not many dinner options in town). Convenient having ski rental in hotel. Staff very friendly and eager to answer any questions.

Dining there with such a good team made the visit special. Good wine list.
Great apres-ski options on site and within a short walking distance.

This is just how a great hotel should be. All the staff were very friendly and could not do enough for us, there was always plenty of staff on reception to help with anything you needed and the hotel never felt busy. The restaurant food was great, with fantastic service and the bar was the same. The rooms were great too. Not a single complaint about this hotel. It wasn't cheap, but I felt we got very good value for money . I will stay only here when I go to ischgl again.
