Great location 100m from the skibus and gondola. Kind Czech staff, very helpful. Great breakfast. Pilsner Urguell on tap. 3x free saunas, ski room with shoe dryers. We had cozy mezonet with newly done bathroom. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, we had many bad experiences. The entire staff (Czech) barely spoke, if at all, the local language. We didn't get very far with English either. As a result, placing orders and other communication were impossible. Contracted services, such as the evening buffet of appetizers, were not provided. The food was very basic. Appetizers and main courses were often brought almost simultaneously, even before we had finished the appetizer. The same CD played in the background six times in a row each evening for six days. The spa area was sometimes closed and only opened after we specifically asked for it. A complete disappointment! We do not recommend this hotel.

Very good for the price. Friendly staff and good location for skiing. Boot room can sometimes be full. If you have half board only a selection of two mains.

We (four friends) stayed in the supposedly older section. The bathroom was brand new, as was the toilet. The rest of the room exuded Austrian charm, and judging by the snoring, the beds were perfectly comfortable. Breakfast was excellent; we lacked nothing. Dinner was also excellent. Each room has its own table, so no waiting. Furthermore, the hotel is ideally located near the ski resort. A 200-meter walk and you're in the lift. We were allowed to park our Vivaro in the underground parking garage, where the ski locker was also located.

Recently came back from a weeks Skiing holiday in Kaprun staying at the St Florian Hotel. The hotel staff were great. Very very friendly and accommodating. Location is fantastic, just about perfect I'd say. Food was great, we loved eating locally sourced home cooked style meals every day with the added buffet and continental style breakfast with a good selection. Salad bar for both breakfast and evening meals was appreciated as well. Room was a decent size with a double wardrobe and was clean and tidy, maybe a touch dated but had a flat screen TV and mini fridge, along with a balcony which was good. Ski store was well equipped with racks and boot airers and the Spa and Sauna area was very nice. Drinks were plentiful and reasonably priced as well. I can't fault it really other than there was no hot drinks facilities in the room. Would absolutely recommend.

Excellent service, friendly staff, super clean and very convenient location. Breakfast and dinner very good. A 2min walk from the ski bus station, 4min from the Meiskogel lift, even kids did not complain for walking with their skis on their shoulders.

Our family had a great stay at St Florian. Two things really stood out for us: really wonderful warm and welcoming staff and the fabulous location 5 mins from the main lift. The beautiful & clean saunas / wellness area was also brilliant at the end of the ski-ing day. Highly recommend and would love to return ourselves. Thank you very much for the lovely stay.

I can recommend the hotel. Personnel speak German, English, Czech and they are helpful and everything went easy. Breakfasts and dinners are good enough. Sauna and wellness is amazing! Only the equipment of the rooms was a bit older, but perfectly clean.
