When I went there and reserved a table I got very good service. Service during dinner was also very polite but a bit clumsy. We were two and had different printed menus. Even the waitress was confused because the other menu had some dish but the other did not. When I reserver the table I saw a set menu (different every day) but at the dinner it was not an option. Was it only for the hotel customers? I got the soup but not spoon. With bread we did not have plates. The waitress had troubles suggesting wine pairing.
We enjoyed the good. The tasty lobster soup with scallops was poured at the table and gnocci had an interesting yet quite salty sauce. Mozzarellasalad had a lot of pesto and puffed quinoa was interesting. Veal with two sauces was very tasty. The restaurant was quiet and seemed like there were a lot of waiters but still we were somehow forgotten behind the corner.
I would succest you put your menu online and consider people outside your hotel as potential customers. Your menu has potential and is very competitive with other restaurants in the village which mainly only offer traditional dishes.
Ski in ski out. Lot of space in locker room.
The restaurant and food is amazing one of if not best in whole small town.
Rooms are cleaned perfectly big regards to all the cleaning workers!!
Hotel and intirior is out of this world!!

The price is on the steeper side but its worth evey penny
