That was super !! it was amazing, very close to the metro and downtown city.

Everything was wonderful: delicious breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and a grocery store right at the hotel entrance. I really liked the location too, as you can walk to the city center in just 15 minutes. Highly recommend!!

The hotel's clean, accommodation-focused location and red building made it easy to find, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Uber service is also readily available at this hotel, and there's parking, so I drove. I was a little disappointed that they didn't provide enough information about the post-pay option for the minibar.

The front desk service was very attentive, warm and friendly. It only takes ten minutes to walk to Vienna West Train Station. There is also a delicious Chinese restaurant next to it. I am very satisfied with the accommodation here.

A very nice hotel with an intimate atmosphere. Spacious rooms, super breakfast and underground station a very short walk to connect you with the city centre in minutes. If you have plans on visiting Vienna you cannot go wrong here.

The hotel is very close to stations of both U-burn and Tram (within 1 min walk). The staffs are so kind.

Really bad check in experience. We informed the hotel that we will check in at night. They arranged a self check in for us, but there is a gate at the building and there is no way to get in without the keycard.

The room was very nice and clean. It was spacious and had a kettle and coffee maker; a refrigerator would have been perfect. The location is great, on a pedestrian street full of shops, supermarkets, cafes, etc. You can walk to all the places of interest, and the metro is right outside.

The hotel is an 8-10 minute walk from the MRT station, and there are also trams nearby, which is very convenient. The neighborhood is also very quiet. There's a Pizzaaire downstairs, and guests get a 15% discount on pizza (you must order pizza to get the discount!). The rooms are large and clean, and they replenish capsule coffee daily. Highly recommended!

The location was brilliant. 5 mins from the underground, 10 mins from the main Christmas market and about 20 mins to walk into the central shopping area. Right by the Franz Josef’s Bhanhof so very. I’ve, central location. The room was clean and the staff helpful and friendly.

The room was clean and I was able to relax. I was especially happy that it had a bathtub, which allowed me to warm up and relax after a long day of sightseeing. While many hotels only have showers, being able to soak in a bathtub is a major plus. The front desk staff were also very friendly and polite, which gave me a sense of security. It was a wonderful hotel that I would like to use again.

It took over 30 minutes by Tram D from Central Station. There was a subway station nearby, but it was closed due to construction. There was a supermarket about a 2-minute walk away, which was very convenient. Wi-Fi in the hotel rooms is available for a fee. Breakfast was delicious. Probably the cleanest hotel room I have ever been in….. they even vacuumed under the bed… which is usually a good tell how clean a room really is.
