It’s an older hotel and looked like it was modernized in the 80’s or 90’s. The decor is in need of an update. There is a reason why this one is ranked behind the Empire and Ritz among the three Marriott hotels. Different rooms, different staff services, very different. The Shower was broke? went down to the front desk two days in a row. Had reservations and needed to shower before going out. Had some one come on the second day that I reported it and he couldn't fix it. The offered me another room which I really had no time to pack my luggage and move to another room and was leaving the next day. they gave me a key to another room to shower.
