Great service, great location (right next to Belvedere Palace and ten min walk to Wien Hauptbahnhof) - break buffet was stellar with lots of choices. The front desk person gave us early booking for free and the servers gave us free coffee too. Room was clean and well sized for a couple. I would definitely stay here again

The room decor is very modern, with many thoughtful details. The mini-bar was included in the room rate, which I didn't know beforehand, so it was a pleasant surprise. The location is excellent too; it's right opposite the station, next to the Belvedere Palace, and just a ten-minute walk from the OBB station.

The staff were all very friendly, and the room was clean and tidy. However, the soundproofing wasn't great, so it was quite noisy in the mornings, which affected my sleep. This hotel offers great location and convenience but I am not very impressed with the lack of service - self check-in/out and luggage storage using self-operating machine and with extra charge $10. Rooms assigned to Chinese guests are generally not great. I specifically asked not to be put in a corner room at the end of the hall, but that's exactly what I got. Check-in was entirely self-service. The cafe next to the hotel's elevator lobby is nice and only a three-minute walk away. The Belvedere Palace is very close, about a five-minute walk. Schönbrunn Palace is around a 20-minute taxi ride.

The service was pretty generic; it felt like dealing with a robot. Everything had to be done online, and I really disliked that the website always asked for my bank card details. On the plus side, the environment was nice, and the location was convenient.

This hotel is a good value for money, located near Belvedere Palace. Transportation isn't particularly convenient, but the subway station is about a ten-minute walk away. The rooms have high ceilings. Free drinking water and snacks are available in the lobby.

The hotel is generally not too bad, the only downside being the spa. During our stay, there were no massages available by the pool, and the water was cold. As for the sauna, when my companion and I intended to relax for a few minutes, to our great surprise, and especially to my wife's astonishment, a man named ************** appeared, which deeply shocked us. This is the most comfortable hotel in Europe with the best service attitude and the friendliest service staff! The staff was super friendly, but unfortunately they put us on the 6th floor. The hallway said, they have some issue up there. The roof after to is a like shortly on the sides because of the design. I would not recommend the 6th floor. The shower floods the floor, you have to block with towels.

This was a great hotel in the middle of literally everything. The rooms were more spacious than I had originally thought, with amenities like a coffee maker and kettle. Like many hotels in Europe though, you can't control the AC/heating.

Convenient transportation! The accommodation was decent, and the breakfast was delicious.

The single room was in the attic and quite modern. It was safer than I expected. I opted for no cleaning and received a bar voucher. I even visited the lake area midway, and my belongings were safe in the room. The front desk lady was also very nice and welcoming, even working late into the evening. The breakfast was hearty.

I stayed at Hotel Schloss/Baden to join my cousin's wedding. It's too far from city center, but the retro style of hotel and the rose garden are enough to stay. Rooms are comfortable and the best part of the hotel is toilets! They have floor heating. You can choose to stay if you need a romantic or relaxable holiday.
