Excellent location. Two blocks from the museums, two blocks from the main shopping district and close to many pubs and restaurants. Clean and well maintained. My only suggestions: breakfast in the hotel is pricey and the sauna is only open from 4:00pm-10:00pm. Staff was very helpful and the had free champagne on New Year’s Eve and day.

DO NOT SKIP THIS HOTEL. Phenomenal service, spacious rooms with a great design, and an unbeatable location. We asked the middle-aged gentleman working the desk late at night for some tea free, and were offered it free of charge at around 2 AM as we came in from the cold. They will go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, all at an unbeatable price.

All the staff is neither friendly nor welcoming. The rooms are not cleaned, the bathroom shelves were full of dust, a pity (see. photo). The two of us had to spend 4 days with only a small shampoo and a small tube of shower gel, as well as a single roll of toilet paper. The Kleenex box empties the entire stay, regrettable for 4 stars. The trash cans were not emptied, we had to do that ourselves! No...

The location is perfect, both very close to the main touristic zones by walk and also in a peaceful zone without the rush. Service was fast and welcoming, rooms were clean. I guess the slippers were the best quality ones ever I used in a hotel. We haven't tried the breakfast but everything was pleasant about our stay. Danke schön!

Not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. At most a 3 stars. Lack amenities- no drinking water provided in the room, no tooth brushes. Room is very dim. All lights are manually operated orange lamps by the bedside and the window (no lights on the ceiling except for entrance with 1 small dim light). Furnitures are dated. Absolutely loved this hotel! It's right on the shopping street, which made it so convenient for some retail therapy. The room itself was super clean and stylish, exactly the color scheme I prefer. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was still pretty good. Highly recommend!

The hotel's location is excellent, and the rooms are well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. The separated wet and dry areas in the bathroom are especially convenient for families. The Shower was broke? went down to the front desk two days in a row. Had reservations and needed to shower before going out. Had some one come on the second day that I reported it and he couldn't fix it. The offered me another room which I really had no time to pack my luggage and move to another room and was leaving the next day. they gave me a key to another room to shower.

The transportation is very convenient here. You can directly access the airport via the S7 line, and it is also easy to travel to other cities with transfers from Wien Hbf. The rooms are tiny but cozy. The soundproofing between rooms isn't great, but luckily, our neighbors were quiet. We arrived at the hotel at 3am, and the hotel staff waited for us and checked us in quickly. The staff were also very polite. After checking out, we were waiting for the car outside the hotel, and a backstage employee happened to walk by and said to us: Thank you for staying in our hotel. Pros: Excellent service; spacious and clean rooms; great surrounding environment; my stay coincided with my birthday, and the front desk thoughtfully provided a dessert and sparkling water. Cons: None at the moment.

This hotel is a good value for money, located near Belvedere Palace. Transportation isn't particularly convenient, but the subway station is about a ten-minute walk away. The rooms have high ceilings. Free drinking water and snacks are available in the lobby.

The front desk service was really nice. At first, a man with a beard said my booking name was wrong and didn't match my passport, implying I wouldn't be allowed to stay. But then I pulled up my Trip.com order and it turned out he was mistaken. The room itself was very spacious and even had a balcony. The breakfast was especially delicious, and they also offer free luggage storage.

This hotel boasts an excellent location. It's about a 7-8 minute walk from the train station, and just over ten minutes to St. Stephen's Cathedral. The Golden Hall and Vienna State Opera are roughly a 30-minute walk away. Despite being on a main road, the two layers of double-glazed doors ensured a very quiet night's sleep; I couldn't hear any outside noise at all.

The staff was extremely helpful. The location was amazing, and also had easy access to the subway/train system.

The staff was super friendly, but unfortunately they put us on the 6th floor. The hallway said, they have some issue up there. The roof after to is a like shortly on the sides because of the design. I would not recommend the 6th floor. The shower floods the floor, you have to block with towels.

This was a great hotel in the middle of literally everything. The rooms were more spacious than I had originally thought, with amenities like a coffee maker and kettle. Like many hotels in Europe though, you can't control the AC/heating.

Convenient transportation! The accommodation was decent, and the breakfast was delicious.

The single room was in the attic and quite modern. It was safer than I expected. I opted for no cleaning and received a bar voucher. I even visited the lake area midway, and my belongings were safe in the room. The front desk lady was also very nice and welcoming, even working late into the evening. The breakfast was hearty.
