We've stayed at this hotel twice now and would gladly return again.

The hotel is elegantly decorated and has very convenient transportation. The front desk lady always served with a smile and was very friendly. However, a young waitress with a long ponytail in the breakfast buffet restaurant was indifferent. We had breakfast three times and she never took the initiative to greet us. Excellent location in the heart of the city. Good room size for 2 adults and 1 child. Bed comfy, room clean. I would mention that maybe a door into shower area as no privacy when showering. Which my son didn’t like being 15yrs old. Breakfast is expensive and cheaper at near by restaurants. Reception staff very friendly. It's generally fine, the tram stop is very close to the building and the Schonbrunn castle is within walking distance. The rooms could be a bit larger and the staff a bit friendlier, though.

I had a great stay at Hotel Am Parkring. The ocation is very strategic, just across the Stadtpark and walking distance to many famous locations like St. Stephen's Cathedral. The hotel is very clean with the great view. Staff are friendly and helpful like Wesley and Igor. I will surely stay in this hotel when I get back.

The hotel boasts a prime location, close to the airport express line and subway station. It's within a 5-minute walk of Vienna's busiest pedestrian street, and there are also parks and a cathedral nearby, making it extremely convenient. Very good, very suitable for short-term stay

5-7min to 2x metro stations line U4. Bakery and supermarket 1-2 min away. Hotel staff very friendly no matter which time. If the room is ready they let you even check in arround 11-12am. Very positive.

A little outside the center, it's far on foot, but in 3 minutes you can get to the metro which in 5 minutes takes you to the center. The hotel is simple but very clean, the room is large and very quiet.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! A real gem in Vienna. The location is great - close to transport and the neighbourhood of Spittelberg - but also walkable to the old town and Ringstrasse. This hotel is an art deco gem with fantastic, friendly vibes. We booked the Ideale Plus Deluxe Double Room and it was charming, spacious, and comfortable. The pillows are like sleeping on a cloud. There was a complimentary bottle of wine in the room, and it was very clean. The bathroom doesn't do much to mask any sounds, so if you're not at that level yet with your partner, it's something to consider...

The room is reasonably clean, but let down by old, low-grade furnishings. It is also clearly a partitioned space, as it lacks a proper door frame. A major downside is the lack of air-con, which caused the room to become unpleasantly stuffy, if you do not turn on the fan. This was the worst hotel of our trip. It's an old building, completely shabby. The rooms are so tiny that they barely fit suitcases. They're dusty and dirty. The air conditioning is noisy, the building is old, and there's a tiny elevator attached that only fits two people, which is also used by the hotel staff. There aren't a single hook in the bathrooms, no dental supplies, no room to turn around...

The hotel is generally not too bad, the only downside being the spa. During our stay, there were no massages available by the pool, and the water was cold. As for the sauna, when my companion and I intended to relax for a few minutes, to our great surprise, and especially to my wife's astonishment, a man named ************** appeared, which deeply shocked us. The location is very close to the Golden Hall. The room was old, and I forgot to check out at 11 am. When I returned around 1 pm, I was asked to pay 60 euros. The attitude was very cold and there was no room for negotiation. Other hotels didn't have this problem. And there was no prior notice. The next hotel I stayed at didn't have this issue at all.

I would not consider this a 4 star hotel. The room we were given was not very clean and had noticable wear and tear. The location was okay and the amenities lacking. We did not feel safe leaving our luggage in a oversized cupboard, that didn't have a key and was easily accessible by anyone who walked in to the hotel. I will not be staying here again.
