The front desk service was really nice. At first, a man with a beard said my booking name was wrong and didn't match my passport, implying I wouldn't be allowed to stay. But then I pulled up my Trip.com order and it turned out he was mistaken. The room itself was very spacious and even had a balcony. The breakfast was especially delicious, and they also offer free luggage storage.

This hotel boasts an excellent location. It's about a 7-8 minute walk from the train station, and just over ten minutes to St. Stephen's Cathedral. The Golden Hall and Vienna State Opera are roughly a 30-minute walk away. Despite being on a main road, the two layers of double-glazed doors ensured a very quiet night's sleep; I couldn't hear any outside noise at all.

Location is next to train station which is convenient for family traveling by train from airport/train terminal.

The location is fantastic. 5 minutes to the opera and the Heidi Horton Museum. 10 minutes' walk to the museum district. A couple of minutes to the metro. Room: high ceilings, very spacious. We often stay at this hotel when visiting the Vienna State Opera. It's conveniently located, clean, quiet, and offers excellent breakfast. I highly recommend it.

The location is very close to the Golden Hall. The room was old, and I forgot to check out at 11 am. When I returned around 1 pm, I was asked to pay 60 euros. The attitude was very cold and there was no room for negotiation. Other hotels didn't have this problem. And there was no prior notice. The next hotel I stayed at didn't have this issue at all.

I would not consider this a 4 star hotel. The room we were given was not very clean and had noticable wear and tear. The location was okay and the amenities lacking. We did not feel safe leaving our luggage in a oversized cupboard, that didn't have a key and was easily accessible by anyone who walked in to the hotel. I will not be staying here again.

The hotel is 2 metro stations away from Vienna Main Station. It is also walkable within 15min. There is a shopping street nearby which I like it as I can find food and needed stuff. My room is big enough for solo traveller, not too cramp. There is a big table for me to do my work which is good. The only downside is the hotel don't provide free water, will need to get bottled water from supermarket...

Clean and quiet room. Basic amenities supplied but no hair conditioner or body lotion. The cleaning team came into my room before I had checked out - the hotel should notify the cleaning team once guests have checked out before coming to clean the room.

Such a small room is in the attic, there is no window to open, even a crack, it is stuffy, but it costs 2,000 yuan a night, which is unbelievable. In China, such a room is only within 500 yuan even in the city center. In addition, the hotel is on a slope, and it is inconvenient to walk up some stairs with luggage.

We had a 6 bed room for our family, 4 of the beds had lovely comfy mattresses, but two were exceedingly lumpy and springs sticking up, so clearly needed replacing. We needed a hotel last minute on a saturday night and were worried about where we would end up but we loved our stay. Unfortunately, in reality, it's not quite as big as the pictures lead you to believe. But clean and so centrally located that it is hard to believe. Right in front of the door is the plague column, St. Stephen's Cathedral, St. Peter, the Hofburg in the immediate vicinity. Everything your heart desires. Location, location! There is no better way to live in Vienna.

There was some chaos on the side of the hotel with my booking—they messed up the dates but I could eventually check in as intended sure to a cancellation. The room was OK but the water in the shower hat a pretty weak flow and the transition from cold to hot was quite sharp making it hard to set the right temperature.

The location is great! The room and the furniture pretty old. The cleanliness wasn't very well. The breakfast solid, but they only serve pork. Which I don't mind, I eat it. But my friend doesn't so she couldn't have any meat. The stuff could be nicer. I don't have any complaints in particular, it's just an observation from someone who works in tourism for 12 years now.

The room is nice but the carpet in the room and hallway is very old, it smells and looks bad, it definitely requires a carpet renewal to improve the service and everything else. Good but with those old features it is not possible.

Hotel has been recently renovated and it felt very comfortable until now. Good breakfast and good service with anything we asked for. It is overall a good experience despite us having to move a room on the second day. Close to alot of kosher restaurants.

However, i wouldnt recommend going there soley to see vienna as there isnt a lot to do apart from look at palaces and churches (architecture)

well it is a good place for 3 stars. the rooms are cozy and good-looking, the bathroom is perfectly okay for an average customer. the breakfast was great, we didn't have other meals tho (i don't even know if they serve them). it lies close to an u-bahn and a s-bahn station, therefore offering a good access to city sights. overall great, basically nothing negative here
