The hotel interior is very nice, but the location is quite far from the city center and the surroundings are a bit desolate. However, transportation is still very convenient, with a tram station and an express rail station nearby.

The room was cozy and comfortable. We only had one set of bedding, but the front desk quickly sorted that out. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The room also had a kettle, cups, and tea, which was a very welcome touch after a cold evening stroll.

Great location, very convenient for getting around. Many of Vienna's main attractions, including the Musikverein, Belvedere Palace, and Vienna State Opera, are all within walking distance. The hotel itself has a lovely ambiance, and the breakfast is excellent.

Everything else was great, but the shower tended to spray water all over the bathroom.

Excellent location. Right next to the church, the supermarket. Walking distance to almost to every attraction. But the hotel is old. It need more renovations. The bed is not as comfortable as other hotel in same price range. But the room is spacious. I think it is generally ok for a short stay. Yes. The water is drinkable but why would you charge for bottle water in the mini bar?

The location is very good and close to the metro station with less than 5-min walk. It also locates in the main street where a lot of shops and restaurants are located. The buffet breakfast is nice as well.

It was not very good when checking in. The room was booked for 3 people, but it was not ready. The receptionist went missing for 15 minutes to sort the room out. The hotel was in a central location, which was excellent. You could easily reach all the must-see sights. If you're staying with a car, make sure to sort out the parking. The comfort, cleanliness, and friendly staff exceeded expectations.

Excellent service from the greeting at reception to dealing with requests nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms extremely clean and comfortable if maybe a little small.

The hotel is relatively close to the Golden Hall and within walking distance. Fruit and water are provided upon check-in. Fortunately, there was no queue when we arrived. Checking in takes some time. The overall feeling is very clean and the decoration is retro.

The location of the hotel was good. Although the front desk staff can be kind of grumpy and not assisting with us when our room was so stuffy. However, overall a good stay.

My room was on the 7th floor and on the west side. I could open the big window, and the view was so good. It was such a refreshing room. I could relax a lot. However, there are no air conditioners, so if you don’t handle heat well, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Excellent, very good! Oh my god, do I really need to write so many characters? Overall, it's pretty decent, considering it's a big city. The rent is expensive, and I understand there's no elevator. Climbing stairs helps with losing weight, haha, hehehe!

The room is quite spacious, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The lobby downstairs is roomy, and it's close to the subway station, making transportation very convenient. It's only a 20-minute drive to the city center, and the front desk staff are very friendly.

We got a free upgrade but the room is not the cleaniest, especially around windows. Another negative thing is that the shower is quite small and leaking. The location and staff were very good. Luckily, it was also quiet during our stay so no problem with that.

The hotel is not far from the center, the metro is 800 meters away, there are restaurants, McDonald's, sandwich shops etc. not far away. The room is very comfortable, the breakfast is good, the staff is kind and multilingual.

The room was like a doghouse, only as wide as the bed, so you could only get in from behind. The sides were black and greasy from the previous occupants. The bathroom was fine, and so was the breakfast. At €420 for two nights in a double room, it was far too expensive.

Nice business hotel in walking distance from the train station with direct trains to Vienna, Vienna Airport or Linz. Quiet and clean. However, Wifi is very weak. Quite annoying if you are dependent on a stable wifi supply.

It was fine. Nothing luxurious. The carpet really needs to be replaced. Lots of noise from people opening and closing doors and from the apartments in the other side of courtyard.  Good location. Underground literally outside the door. Lots of good pastry shops and kebab shops around. Friendly staff. Clean enough.

Aside from the difficulty of finding parking, everything was great. The location was particularly convenient, making it easy to explore Vienna's many tourist attractions on foot. At night, my wife and I enjoyed a beer at a nearby Japanese restaurant, a memorable experience.

We booked a suite for 4 people and it was very comfortable and spacious. The best part is that it is very close to the subway entrance, which makes transportation very convenient. I would like to stay here again next time I come.

Very spacious and clean room equipped with a lot of amenities. Everything is well maintained. The only complain is I do not seem to find CCTV in the fitness room (which located in the basement), so I’m a bit reluctant to use it.

We usually use this hotel while in transit through Austria, and we love it. No frills but always clean and comfortable. However this time around, we found the room was not swept properly, the floors were not clean and there were some stains on the bedsheets. The location of this property is ideal if you don’t mind taking a 30 minute walk to the main attractions like St. Stephen Cathedral and the main shopping area. The staff service was great, I did not have the breakfast but the other guest seem to enjoy as it was full every morning.

There's a tram stop and supermarket right outside, and the nearest subway station is a 10-minute walk. The environment is rather compact, fitting the stereotypical European style. There's no running water inside, but they claim it's tap water that's safe to drink; those interested can try it out 😅

A great place to stay when visiting Vienna with great hospitality in general and from Lara in particular.

There was a lack of good communication between the 2 NH facilities. I was not given a full offer of means of transport from one to another. The conference location was very unacomodating while the downtown location concierge was very friendly and helpful. If it was not for the airport staff, i would have most likely been stranded at the airport with a fully paid hotel room.

Excellent location. Two blocks from the museums, two blocks from the main shopping district and close to many pubs and restaurants. Clean and well maintained. My only suggestions: breakfast in the hotel is pricey and the sauna is only open from 4:00pm-10:00pm. Staff was very helpful and the had free champagne on New Year’s Eve and day.

DO NOT SKIP THIS HOTEL. Phenomenal service, spacious rooms with a great design, and an unbeatable location. We asked the middle-aged gentleman working the desk late at night for some tea free, and were offered it free of charge at around 2 AM as we came in from the cold. They will go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, all at an unbeatable price.

All the staff is neither friendly nor welcoming. The rooms are not cleaned, the bathroom shelves were full of dust, a pity (see. photo). The two of us had to spend 4 days with only a small shampoo and a small tube of shower gel, as well as a single roll of toilet paper. The Kleenex box empties the entire stay, regrettable for 4 stars. The trash cans were not emptied, we had to do that ourselves! No...

The location is perfect, both very close to the main touristic zones by walk and also in a peaceful zone without the rush. Service was fast and welcoming, rooms were clean. I guess the slippers were the best quality ones ever I used in a hotel. We haven't tried the breakfast but everything was pleasant about our stay. Danke schön!

This stay was a complete surprise. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the staff's smiles and sincere "Welcome home" made me feel incredibly warm. The room was even more spacious and bright than it looked in the pictures, and the bedding was so soft I didn't want to get out of bed; I slept soundly until I naturally woke up.

The best hotel, the best service, quiet, they checked us in early and gave us a late check-out. 10 out of 10!

The room was quite large, and slippers and toiletries were provided, which was not like other European hotels. The breakfast was also good, with a lot of fruit, but the shower water might be cold if you take a shower too late at night.

Nice hotel that’s very well appointed and comfortable. Great value for a single room for 100  Euros. Location is a bit out of the way, though still very walkable to the old town where most tourist sites are located. Nice thing is it’s out of the realm of tourist feeling area.
