Clean rooms, good hotel, well communicated to tram and metro. It is far from city centre but well connected.

This hotel has a bit of character and charm. While the carpet looked dated, the room overall was clean with a very comfortable bed and a good bathroom. This hotel is large and has complete facilities. There are a lot of sports equipment to play, suitable for sports enthusiasts, and the toilets and bathrooms are separated for easy use.

Excellent, very good! Oh my god, do I really need to write so many characters? Overall, it's pretty decent, considering it's a big city. The rent is expensive, and I understand there's no elevator. Climbing stairs helps with losing weight, haha, hehehe!

The room is quite spacious, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The lobby downstairs is roomy, and it's close to the subway station, making transportation very convenient. It's only a 20-minute drive to the city center, and the front desk staff are very friendly.

We got a free upgrade but the room is not the cleaniest, especially around windows. Another negative thing is that the shower is quite small and leaking. The location and staff were very good. Luckily, it was also quiet during our stay so no problem with that.

Excellent service! The team is friendly and very responsive to any requests, including smooth room swaps. The ground floor has plenty of great facilities to enjoy. Clean, cozy, and highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

The hotel is not far from the center, the metro is 800 meters away, there are restaurants, McDonald's, sandwich shops etc. not far away. The room is very comfortable, the breakfast is good, the staff is kind and multilingual.

The room was like a doghouse, only as wide as the bed, so you could only get in from behind. The sides were black and greasy from the previous occupants. The bathroom was fine, and so was the breakfast. At €420 for two nights in a double room, it was far too expensive.

Great hotel, central location, two excellent restaurants and super service an team

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the city center, but the entrance is terrible. The only entrance is occupied by a kitchen belonging to an outdoor café! This causes clothes to be ruined by the smell of food upon entering and exiting, and the kitchen odor permeates all parts of the hotel.

They couldn't get our chrome cast to work and it was Christmas Day so they sent us wine and choccies. Best location in Vienna absolutely cannot wait to stay again

The hotel breakfast and staff were pretty great. The entrance to the hotel is easy to miss. I'm really not a big breakfast fan, but they offered anything from custom omelettes, cheese/meat platters, bread baskets and so much more. The check in is on the 5th floor which is a little weird. I'd book this hotel again.

The location is fantastic. It's on Praterstrasse and very central. There's a car park at the back of the hotel, but we didn't use it, so I don't know its status. From what I saw, there were spaces for 10-12 cars. It's very close to the center. You can walk to the Innerstadt area in 15 minutes. You can also reach the canal bank in 10 minutes on foot. Besides that, it's almost 20 meters from the bus...

It was fine. Nothing luxurious. The carpet really needs to be replaced. Lots of noise from people opening and closing doors and from the apartments in the other side of courtyard.  Good location. Underground literally outside the door. Lots of good pastry shops and kebab shops around. Friendly staff. Clean enough.

Aside from the difficulty of finding parking, everything was great. The location was particularly convenient, making it easy to explore Vienna's many tourist attractions on foot. At night, my wife and I enjoyed a beer at a nearby Japanese restaurant, a memorable experience.

We booked a suite for 4 people and it was very comfortable and spacious. The best part is that it is very close to the subway entrance, which makes transportation very convenient. I would like to stay here again next time I come.

Very spacious and clean room equipped with a lot of amenities. Everything is well maintained. The only complain is I do not seem to find CCTV in the fitness room (which located in the basement), so I’m a bit reluctant to use it.

We usually use this hotel while in transit through Austria, and we love it. No frills but always clean and comfortable. However this time around, we found the room was not swept properly, the floors were not clean and there were some stains on the bedsheets. The location of this property is ideal if you don’t mind taking a 30 minute walk to the main attractions like St. Stephen Cathedral and the main shopping area. The staff service was great, I did not have the breakfast but the other guest seem to enjoy as it was full every morning.

There's a tram stop and supermarket right outside, and the nearest subway station is a 10-minute walk. The environment is rather compact, fitting the stereotypical European style. There's no running water inside, but they claim it's tap water that's safe to drink; those interested can try it out 😅

The hotel facilities are good, and there are hairdryers available. The location is also good, with convenient access to public transportation.

A great place to stay when visiting Vienna with great hospitality in general and from Lara in particular.

There was a lack of good communication between the 2 NH facilities. I was not given a full offer of means of transport from one to another. The conference location was very unacomodating while the downtown location concierge was very friendly and helpful. If it was not for the airport staff, i would have most likely been stranded at the airport with a fully paid hotel room.

Not bad overall - room spacious but dark as the view was out to some dirty air conditioning units in the middle of the building, with other windows meaning you had to keep curtains closed. Nice hotel that’s very well appointed and comfortable. Great value for a single room for 100  Euros. Location is a bit out of the way, though still very walkable to the old town where most tourist sites are located. Nice thing is it’s out of the realm of tourist feeling area. Clean, spacious and warm. It was the warmest accommodation in Europe. It was also a huge plus that water was provided free of charge. Breakfast was not necessary. It was a good location for going to downtown Vienna.

I booked a room with a kitchen. However, there were no pots, pans, plates, knives, etc. So there wasn't much point in having a kitchen. However, it was a traditional and historic hotel. It was clean, had lots of sunlight, was spacious, and had two toilets, so it was comfortable for three people to stay. I'd like to stay here again next time I come to Vienna (^^)

This stay was a complete surprise. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the staff's smiles and sincere "Welcome home" made me feel incredibly warm. The room was even more spacious and bright than it looked in the pictures, and the bedding was so soft I didn't want to get out of bed; I slept soundly until I naturally woke up.

Simple, clean and very cozy hotel. Our short stay was great. There is only one bus line very close but many tram/metro stops within a short walk. Located in a quiet neighborhood, a little far from the center (which was perfect for us). Lots of good restaurants and cute cafes nearby. Can't wait to come back again.
