This is a very nice place to stay. I stayed there 2 nights. Everything works nice, the rooms and toilets are clean. Sleep conditions were very good, usually I have a problem with falling asleep but thanks to premier inn I had very good rest!! Will come back for sure!

We picked Acom because of it's convenient location - close to the train station, but the hotel itself was rather disappointing - rooms were uncomfortably hot with no way to adjust the AC (it was centrally controlled). Nice hotel near the main train station. It takes 30 minutes to airport from here and 3 minutes to the nearest underground station. Very convenient placement. Clean rooms, friendly staff, new furniture in the rooms, free coffee/tea on the flow. Very good breakfast. Fast checkin and checkout. I recommend for travelers and transfers.

Located near the metro and Wien University campus. Not in downtown area, so expect to use the metro a lot. Service is decent and prompt. Got a false fire alarm on my last night. Overall a decent hotel to stay if you are on a conference or need to stay near the campus.

Substandard room amenities. No kettle or coffee machine or cups. No bar fridge. Rooms were also dated and old.

Staff doesn't look friendly and already informed to throw rubbish in the room but after I go back to the room at night, the rubbish is still there. The service is dropped compared to my first stay.

Everything is great, location, cleanliness, and service is commendable! Receptionists (a filipina and italian) are very nice and welcoming! Just one thing not ideal for couples, the beds are two single beds combined so there is a slight bump in the middle.

Very old hotel, no view at all. pricy and need to shower in the bath tub which is not ideal. Breakfast is ok, but I feel the staff are not so friendly, indeed over rated.

Very, very nice hotel, although the price is very expensive. The front desk staff is very nice. The hotel environment is a renovation of a duke's mansion. You can see that the public area is very luxurious. The breakfast is also very delicious. You can see the church outside on the 5th floor. Receptionist was amazing and was able to check me in early after an overnight train. She also gave recommendations on what to do and where to eat etc which was very helpful, as I probably wouldn’t have asked and would have been stuck for food ideas. Room is clean, also bathroom. Everything works and usable. One thing is problem, there is no laundry in the hotel. But in 50 meter is laundry service but very expensive. Also last days i asked for slippers hotel personal and thay said no more in the stock. Location is great to explore city.

We were only at the hotel for less than 12 hours. Location is great for seeing old town Vienna. Importantly, the hotel provided a taxi booking for a 4 AM departure to the airport. The staff were very helpful. This is a classic old-style hotel with character. We enjoyed the short time we had there.

I booked a junior suite after seeing the photos. However, I wasn't assigned the room shown in the photos. They said everyone wanted that room and couldn't give me one. I recommend booking a cheaper room. The hotel location is great.

The shower and sink were in separate areas, and stepping out of the shower led directly into the room without a changing area, which felt a bit unusual and confusing. However, the service and location were good.

Warm and comfortable, good location, a little far from the airport, not very close to the subway, inconvenient to carry luggage. My child had an allergic reaction to the cookies provided in the room, so we went to the hospital. The ingredients of the cookies were not marked, I suggest the hotel improve this.

The hotel reception staff were very welcoming and patient with us, explaining things slowly since we're foreigners. The breakfast was excellent, truly a rare delicious meal we had in Vienna. We really didn't enjoy the local Western food outside.

The hotel clean up the room on request. I asked for the daily make up for the room, but it was not made on the second day. Did they want to minimize their effort and expense for cleaning? If they do not provide daily make up, they should provide discount. In principle, daily cleaning is thought to be included in the payment.

Excellent stay! The environment was great, and the location was super convenient. The breakfast was good, with a decent à la carte option, and the staff were very enthusiastic. You can find everything you need nearby, and it's only two metro stops from the city center. Highly recommend!

The transportation is convenient, with a tram stop right outside and a train station nearby that offers direct service to the airport. However, the train station has two exits; the one closer to the hotel doesn't have an elevator. I got the impression that it's an old hotel. It was a bit challenging to adjust the shower temperature, and the hairdryer would stop working after about two minutes of use. However, it's pretty convenient as it only takes about 20 minutes by tram to get to the city center, which was a plus. Having a supermarket right in front of the hotel was also great.

We loved the location and the vibe. There was a tram station nearby, supermarket and dm as well which was so convenient. The room was a bit old, with the bathtub lack of cleanness but considering the price, it was overall satisfying enough. Thank you.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast has a wide variety and is quite good. The hotel is very conveniently located, with a large shopping mall just outside and the subway very close. You can also take a bus to the airport right outside the hotel. The river is a 10-minute walk from the hotel, which is perfect for a stroll.

Since the moment we arrived, we have been extremely satisfied. We did not experience anything negative at all. The room was very comfortable and everything had been thoughtfully arranged. The breakfast variety and flavors were exceptional. If we come to Vienna again, we would definitely consider staying here.

Great vegetarian breakfast with options for freshly made omelets, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, and pancakes. The tea selection at breakfast is of high quality. The sauna area is inviting and, most importantly, equipped with a good stove. Clean kettle in the rooms.

My 3-night stay ended up being cut short to 2 nights due to a flight cancellation. Everything else was very pleasant. The only issue was that because I had pre-paid for the hotel reservation, I lost the cost of one night's accommodation. I asked for assistance but it wasn't possible. Everything could have been much better if this hadn't happened.

We received a different room than the one we had booked. Our son was disappointed because he didn’t get to sleep in the bunk bed on any of the three nights. The reception staff told us that they had no available rooms as the hotel was fully booked, without making any further attempt to address our request.

The room looks just like the photos. Not far from the nearest station, with plenty of restaurants, a supermarket, and shopping nearby. The room has all the basic amenities, and there’s an elevator, which is very convenient.

During our stay, my husband accidentally left his gold chain in our room. A diligent member of the housekeeping team found it and the chain was safely returned to us without any issues. We highly recommend this hotel not just for its comfort, but for its outstanding, trustworthy staff.
