The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from the tram and subway stations. Although amenities are minimal, the room is spacious and comfortable, making it a good value for money stay.

The room is a bit old, the soundproofing is not good, and the breakfast is average, but the front desk service is very good, and there is a fitness center with good facilities. If the price is right, it is still a good choice.

The hotel is 2 metro stations away from Vienna Main Station. It is also walkable within 15min. There is a shopping street nearby which I like it as I can find food and needed stuff. My room is big enough for solo traveller, not too cramp. There is a big table for me to do my work which is good. The only downside is the hotel don't provide free water, will need to get bottled water from supermarket...

Overall, it was a pretty good stay. The staff were friendly, but there were no slippers, shampoo, or other toiletries provided, so I'd recommend bringing your own. The location was quite good!

Clean, stylish, quiet. The only negative (and I'm nitpicking here) is that the room could've done with more storage, such as drawers. We were in a loft room, with plenty of space for a larger wardrobe or chest of drawers. It would've also been nice to have a fridge and kettle in the room but we managed fine with the free tea/coffee on the 5th floor.

We didn’t add the (very expensive) breakfast. The roof was clean and adequate but very cramped. The shower is a giant open glass box in the middle of the room and it was quite a hike to our room. My biggest dislike is the total lack of service. The “self checkin” is a pain in the butt and when I wrote ahead for some advice on getting there from the airport got a canned answer that they don’t offer...

The hotel offers a very minimalistic design, but was impeccably clean and its location provides excellent access to public transportation.

There are 3 double rooms, of different sizes and prices. Although the rooms in this hotel are small, they are very unique! Austria! The capital of music! Music is indispensable! Good location! It is an 8-minute walk from the central train station, and it only takes less than 20 minutes to take the train to the airport!

Clean and quiet room. Basic amenities supplied but no hair conditioner or body lotion. The cleaning team came into my room before I had checked out - the hotel should notify the cleaning team once guests have checked out before coming to clean the room.

Such a small room is in the attic, there is no window to open, even a crack, it is stuffy, but it costs 2,000 yuan a night, which is unbelievable. In China, such a room is only within 500 yuan even in the city center. In addition, the hotel is on a slope, and it is inconvenient to walk up some stairs with luggage.

The staff was nice and the beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was very very spacious. We needed a hotel last minute on a saturday night and were worried about where we would end up but we loved our stay. Also loved the decoration especially in the stairs and the photographs in the room. One bad thing is there were a lot of stains on the wall.

Hotel has been recently renovated and it felt very comfortable until now. Good breakfast and good service with anything we asked for. It is overall a good experience despite us having to move a room on the second day. Close to alot of kosher restaurants.

A pretty ok hotel. Some rooms are very small and do not have air conditioning. The services are good and the breakfast is good. I found vienna to be a nice and pleasant place to visit. However, i wouldnt recommend going there soley to see vienna as there isnt a lot to do apart from look at palaces and churches (architecture)

well it is a good place for 3 stars. the rooms are cozy and good-looking, the bathroom is perfectly okay for an average customer. the breakfast was great, we didn't have other meals tho (i don't even know if they serve them). it lies close to an u-bahn and a s-bahn station, therefore offering a good access to city sights. overall great, basically nothing negative here

It's a old hotel close to the city centre. Very close to the public transport. Room we had was comfortable and clean. Unfortunately windows are not good to keep traffic noise out and sleeping beds are too soft. Breakfast room is not big enough and tables are close. The food is typical and ok. I'm happy with my choice. The hotel is easily accessible from the airport, taking just 4.20 minutes on the S7 train. Lubiana is also centrally located, and the metro takes you quickly to the city center. Otherwise, the hotel staff is kind and friendly, the rooms are very clean, and the international breakfast is excellent.

Check in was very easy, having done most of it online. Hotel is very convenient, being 5 minutes walk from the nearest U-bahn stop (Nestroyplatz). However, room was quite small and was looking generally quite 'tired'. There was no functioning air-conditioning.

It's conveniently located near grocery stores & metro. I enjoyed walking so I don't mind walking while sightseeing along the way. The front desk is always staffed & helpful. There's a fridge & percolator that's perfect for making my own coffee. There was some chaos on the side of the hotel with my booking—they messed up the dates but I could eventually check in as intended sure to a cancellation. The room was OK but the water in the shower hat a pretty weak flow and the transition from cold to hot was quite sharp making it hard to set the right temperature.

The location is great! The room and the furniture pretty old. The cleanliness wasn't very well. The breakfast solid, but they only serve pork. Which I don't mind, I eat it. But my friend doesn't so she couldn't have any meat. The stuff could be nicer. I don't have any complaints in particular, it's just an observation from someone who works in tourism for 12 years now.

The room is nice but the carpet in the room and hallway is very old, it smells and looks bad, it definitely requires a carpet renewal to improve the service and everything else. Good but with those old features it is not possible.

Rather small and basic room, but clean and silent although directly located on the Gürtel. Service including breakfast was ok. If you want to stay on a budget near Belvedere, this might be worth a try.

My stay here was pleasant and for the short time I stayed (6 hours) I don't have much to say except that like with many European places, this place is not wheelchair accessible. I had to be lifted for about 8 steps to make it to the elevator. In addition, I couldn't make it close enough with my wheelchair to the shower to transfer into it, but to be fair I didn't ask for a wheelchair accessible room...
