For a continental breakfast there was plenty of options to choose from including healthy options. Staff were friendly and helpful and it was clean.

Exceeded expectations! Probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in!! The Christmas decorations, breakfast, rooms, service, bar, and dinner were all impeccable!! We will definitely return to Vienna!! The only downside is the price, but it's worth it!

We stayed here for our honeymoon. The hotel was incredibly thoughtful and gave us a special honeymoon gift. The room was clean, and the location in the city center was perfect for sightseeing. If we ever return to Vienna, we would definitely want to stay here again.

A very historical hotel ! This is the one I was so looking into! However, we stayed in Room 320 and had a noice all night (every couple minutes). At 4am, the noice continued .. Most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed. The hotel staffs are super nice and offer all kinds of assistance. The decorations are fantastic. Rote, bleu and gruner bars are decent and have clasical but fashion vibes. Strongly recommend.

All was good! Perhaps another chair and a refrigerator would be useful. The single bed wasn't very big, but the pillow, blanket, and mattress were good. My husband and I came to enjoy Christmas with our family in Baden. We stayed at this charming hotel, where the staff were lovely and always smiling. The room was spacious and very clean with a beautiful view . The breakfast was delicious and the common areas were reminiscent of both local and Austrian culture. We will definitely be back. What a lovely stay! We came at New Years and our room faced the town fireworks show. Breakfast was luxurious and the staff couldn’t have been more kind. They took excellent care of every detail. I highly recommend this property.

It was the cleanest hotel i’ve ever been, the staff are so cool and helpful the rooms are beautiful, the location is up hill in a beautiful place but it’s 45min bus ride away from the city. But the bus comes to the hotel interance. It was totally worth it.

The room was very nice and clean. It was spacious and had a kettle and coffee maker; a refrigerator would have been perfect. The location is great, on a pedestrian street full of shops, supermarkets, cafes, etc. You can walk to all the places of interest, and the metro is right outside.

Fantastic hotel for a stay in Baden. The location is close to many walking paths in the Vienna Forest, the casino (if you are up for that), Baden downtown, and much more. I have been there with my family some years ago. The hotel is comfortable, but our room was furnished with old components. Nevertheless we enjoyed our sojourn. Just outside there is a magnificent park with plenty of roses.

The location isn't central, but there are stations nearby and you can be in the city center in 25 minutes. The hotel is quite nice, warm, and comfortable.

Old place, at first glance looked very charming but after a while just seemed old and worn down, but fortunately still clean and everything is in order. Free wifi is only downstairs at the lobby, and there is no wifi at all in the rooms. Breakfast was good, two hot choices and many cold cuts, cheese and drinks.
