Possibly the quietest hotel I have stayed in, absolutely no street noise of other guest noise. Nice large spacious room and large bathroom too.All made for a pleasant stay.

i got a reminder again to write a review... so i do and actually I can not recommend. very unpleasant stay - no reasonable vegan options and arrogant management. felt not welcome at all

What a great find. I agonized over how expensive hotels in Vienna were over the holidays and ended up with the most reasonable option I could find. And it turned out to be great! Quiet location with a tram stop right outside and six minutes walk to the U3 and U6 (so basically 10-15 minutes to Stephansplatz). Super helpful staff (shout out to Michaela; sorry again about leaving the door open, and also to the housekeepers and maintenance man who fixed the safe). Large family room with kitchen and table and chairs; comfy beds. Great dinner at the restaurant with amazing kaiserschmarnn. Excellent breakfast (of a bit spendy). Easy luggage storage. Made for a terrific three-day visit.

All recommendations! The apartment is very spacious, warm, perfectly clean and well maintained, and the staff are excellent as well. The metro is a 3-minute walk away with great connections to all major attractions. Parking is available within the hotel courtyard.

Location is pretty good, however the hotel itself is a matrix looking place. Rooms are decent, even if the energy and aesthetic make them look like someone is watching you. The Atmosphere in general is decent, even if it feels suffocating inside. Value is decent for the place and everything it offers.the hotel has a level of Cleanliness of about 7/10, they really do try to clean. Also, if you like being comfortable, do not try this place, it makes you feel like you need to be vigilant,

All the communal areas smell terrible: a mixture of rotting cabbage and tomatoes! I have never experienced anything so bad in a hotel in my life and I've been to many. The only remedy was to open the windows of the room: not good in February. And then we found the heating/thermostat was malfunctioning... I would recommend staying away from this place to anyone.

The hotel is nice but the street in front is blocked at one end and torn to pieces. Many taxis don't want to go there. I left early due to the inconvenience. The hotel staff is only helpful to a point and I think that the situation was misrepresented by the hotel prior to my arrival. As far as I am concerned, they should have reimbursed me for the final night. I have addressed this with them but received no response.

Not bad overall - room spacious but dark as the view was out to some dirty air conditioning units in the middle of the building, with other windows meaning you had to keep curtains closed. Staff ok, food was very good however. Location pretty good, 5 mins walk from a main metro station. Would definitely say it's more equivalent to a 3 star then 4...

Unfortunately we were not hotel guests, but from what we saw of the hotel we would have loved to check in there. The restaurant has a good atmosphere, but is unfortunately quite loud when it's full. But that didn't spoil our good mood, because we not only got very good food, but also friendly service. A reservation is recommended, word has apparently got around about how good it is here. All fellow travelers praised their food (chicken wings, roast pork, fried chicken). I would particularly like to highlight the Fiaker goulash and the goulash soup (served in a bread crust), a real treat even for gourmets! During opening hours there seems to be hot food all day, and on our second visit in the afternoon (less busy) the food was again excellent. Toilets were spotlessly clean, everything was as good as new.

A lovely rear outdoor seating area with good sized tables and shading. Our meals are all served in a timely manner. The food was excellent. The only downside was our photographs taken ver kindly by the waitress. When we looked at our group photograph one of the waiters had photo bombed our photo behind the glass doors and was doing the V sign. How unprofessional of him! We couldn’t fault the actual restaurant though as far as food and service went.
