The Cloud One Wien-Staatsoper in Vienna

Excellent! This Motel One in Staatsoper is a fabulous hotel, very comfortable, welcoming with brilliant staff. Comfortable rooms and a really nice lobby with plenty of seating to have a drink at the end of your evening. Conveniently located very close to the Opera House and the city shopping area, this is an ideal venue that I highly recommend, this being our third stay here. Excellent! 10/10

Excellent hotel, very nice inside. Small rooms but all the usual motel one amenities. The location is perfect, easy to walk and take the subway anywhere you want to go.

5/5 for location. It is one block from the opera house and walking distance to many attractions. However, the facility is a bit old and run down. And not worth the hassle if you are looking for something close to luxury. However, the price also kinda reflects that.

The hotel was superb on every level! Starting from its site, it is very central, near to every significant place to visit on foot. The rooms as well the rest hotel areas were very clean and quiet. The staff was very polite and always there to help you and provide you with any facilities. The breakfast was adorable, excellent coffee quality, and the staff was welcoming us every morning (all the guys were excellent and professional but the most adorable for us was a quite tall sir -sorry, for not remembering his name, who was welcoming us with his very warm and cosy "Guten Morgen", letting us with the feeling that he offers his services there heart and soul)! It is the second time that i visited Vienna as well as the second time that i stayed in this hotel. Surely, on my third visit in Vienna, i will also stay there again without second thought!

The hotel is very nice; you could say it was recently renovated. The room was nice and we slept very well. Brakfast variety can be improved.

This hotel has become our most favourite place to stay in Vienna. The location is just perfect, rooms are comfy, and the evening drink at the chic lobby is not to miss... highly recommend to anyone who visits Vienna!

This motel is a great place to stay, if you arrive to Vienna for business or for fun. It is very close to the city center, the public transportation options are great and also there are a log of taxis around. It is worth to stay here and walk around as well, there are a lot of historical building in the surrounding area.
