The bathroom was a bit smelly and the room didn’t look like 4stars but overall okay for the money we spend

We received a different room than the one we had booked. Our son was disappointed because he didn’t get to sleep in the bunk bed on any of the three nights. The reception staff told us that they had no available rooms as the hotel was fully booked, without making any further attempt to address our request.

The room looks just like the photos. Not far from the nearest station, with plenty of restaurants, a supermarket, and shopping nearby. The room has all the basic amenities, and there’s an elevator, which is very convenient.

The room was comfortable and clean. There are subway and light rail nearby.

Hotel service at a high level, no problem with communication in English and Polish. Room quite large, well equipped, clean towels, tea making set, cosmetics set. Great location. Hotel very close to the U3 metro line, which can take you to the old town in a few minutes, and also about 1 km to the train station, from which you can get to the airport in 15 minutes.
