Fast check-in ✅, checkout a breeze—just drop the keycard 🗝️💨. Rooms? Spacious 🛏️✨ with a handy luggage rack 🧳. Reception perk: a screen showing train departures 🚆📺—total game changer if you’re a last-minute train jumper.
Location = perfect! Just 2–3 mins from the main central station 🚶♂️🚶♀️, surrounded by a smorgasbord of food options 🍕🥨🍣—basically a foodie heaven.
Downside: the entrance is basically a smoking zone 🚬😷. Seriously, the smell hits you before you even see the lobby. Major turnoff for a hotel vibe.
Other than that, the staff were super friendly 😄🙌, the rooms clean ✨🛁, and convenience + location = yes, I’ll be back! 🔁
Would I stay again? Absolutely ✅, just maybe with a gas mask at the entrance 😅🫣.
The rooms are very comfortable and clean.
The location is a super plus since it is so close to all kinds to public transport.
All employees were very helpful and polite.

Service was very quick, professional, welcoming and attentive to details. While checking in, I was kindly presented with opportunity to choose a room on a higher floor (I wanted some view :)).
Room, including bed and bath, were very clean, modern, comfortable. I could work from the room and had a good rest.
Breakfast was good, but mind that there are many people in the hotel and if you come later you may need to look for a free table to seat :) Food was good, but choice is not that wide though sufficient.
Bar in the lobby presents some good drinks if you are in a mood.
Overall, if you come to Vienna by train or bus and need to stay, this hotel is good option to consider.
