Location is excellent

The hotel is very convenient for shopping and visiting attractions. It is a few steps away from Shanghai Restaurant, which is very good. Recommended

Excellent hotel and very nice staff especially Mr. Tanweer

The Leo Grand Hotel is really hard to fault. I don't know why it is only a 4-star hotel, but it is a 5-star hotel from facilities to services.

First of all, the location is great. You can walk to the commercial street and St. Stephen's Cathedral. Other attractions such as the Art Museum, the Golden Hall, and the Opera House are all within walking distance.

In addition, the service is unlimited food and drink in the Mini Bar, including beer, water, various beverages, and bulls. You can also order more after drinking. There is also a welcome wine in each room, which is a bottle of delicious white wine. Very considerate.

In addition, the room, decoration, design is very exquisite, and the room size is very suitable. I booked two rooms this time, and I asked the hotel to try to be next to each other. The hotel gave me two rooms, 31 and 32. I was surprised to find that they were not only next to each other, but also had a door, which gave us an independent space. If the outer door is closed, the doors of the two rooms inside can be left open, making it convenient to move around.

Finally, let's talk about breakfast. Exquisite! Exquisite! Exquisite! It is a kind of enjoyment to serve it like afternoon tea and eat it in the hotel's artistic restaurant.

In short, I would like to recommend this hotel to all my friends who come to Vienna. It is really good.

The hotel is very local, the room facilities are complete and comfortable, with a girlish warm decoration, handwritten greeting cards, wine, macarons, and mini bars are given for free, and the two gentlemen at the front desk are very warm and friendly, introducing us to nearby food and delicious chocolate shops. The only regret is that the service in the restaurant is too poor, and it seems that I don't care if breakfast is not included. It is also the only restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast and dinner will not take the initiative to greet guests staying in the hotel, and they will not pay attention to people after sitting down. It's a bit unpleasant, so I simply go to many restaurants around the hotel for better value for money. The hotel is in a good location, convenient for shopping, attractions, and dining are all nearby.

The location is great, just 1-2 minutes from the alley in front of St. Stephen's Cathedral. Everything is clean, and I especially like the Korean-style bidet. The dinner at the restaurant was also great.

Happy with the hotel in particular to the location and the size of the room. It looked pretty new with good supplies… soft towels! Yet, the bed was saggy… ha ha, they need to rotate the mattress while ordering the new one.

Exact location, beautiful room and great service. Highly recommend

Great location with good hotel service
