Exe Hotel in Vienna

Clean rooms, very helpful staffs, excellent location very close to the old town of Vienna. Train station is in front of the hotel. I recommend this hotel highly

Totally recommend it.

I didn't use the breakfast service. The location is a bit far from Vienna, but you can reach the tourist attractions in about 30 minutes by train, making it perfect for those looking for an affordable stay. There's also a gym.

We stayed at this hotel for our girls' trip. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but the staff kindly prepared a beautiful room for us. The staff were very helpful, even giving us directions from the hotel to tourist attractions. The hairdryer provided worked perfectly fine, so there's no need to bring one from Japan. There was also a complimentary juice and snack in the fridge. The location is excellent, with the nearest station just a 1-minute walk away. The room lighting was a bit dim, which might bother some people. Security was not an issue at all, making it perfectly suitable for solo female travelers or girls' trips. The area around the hotel felt very safe, and we had no problems walking back after dark. The fan in the changing room turns on automatically with the light, which made bathing in winter a bit chilly.

Although this hotel is rated as 4 stars, the overall experience and facilities felt more like a 3-star standard. It is a smaller hotel located quite far from the city center, but it’s still very convenient as there is a tram station right in front of the entrance and a supermarket nearby.
The room was a bit dimly lit, with only lamps and no main ceiling light. Also, there was no electric kettle in the room, though we were able to borrow one from the front desk upon request.
That being said, the room rate was very reasonable. Considering the price we paid, it was a fair deal and there isn’t much to complain about if you're looking for a budget-friendly option with good transport links.

Very convenient to central

This hotel was a very good experience overall. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities needed for daily needs. The bed was a perfect balance of firmness and comfort. The staff was friendly and attentive, and check-in and check-out were smooth. The breakfast was varied and tasty, meeting basic needs. The hotel is also conveniently located for transportation, making it easy to get around. Overall, the value for money was excellent, and I would stay here again.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is well-maintained, clean, and has a welcoming atmosphere. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a lovely signature scent throughout the lobby, which made me feel instantly relaxed.

The room was clean, comfortable, and offered good value for the price. It came with all the necessary amenities. Although there were only a few power outlets, it wasn't a major inconvenience.

The bathroom was spotless and well-stocked. I especially appreciated the quality of the toiletries, the soap and shower gel had a refreshing scent, and the Amity products were a nice touch.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
